11/3/2003 13:00 | jubjee because just about every small investor at the moment is scared witless or so it seems. The whole small cap market is one way - and it aint up | nav_mike
11/3/2003 11:53 | well this will not hurt... 4 months before xmas they were in talks to be bought out by a large company before they looked closely at GAI BOOKS they were going to offer 6X the value of GAI not in cash but in terms of their shares... they were intrested in the fluid part of the company.... but when they looked at the books..they maid a sharp exit and called off the buy out.... the two members of the golf course that have well over the 3% mark each but set up so that they do not show that they have the mark where everone gets informed... they are still holding there shares and yes they bought at much higher pricies they did pay 10p for the shares and at lower pricies ? | kennethrich
11/3/2003 11:49 | Your company insiders obviously don't know who their major shareholders are. You must be talking to the purchase ledger clerk. | sreddy
11/3/2003 11:42 | i see none of you have balls then to leave youe email address as you seem to like to call me a lyer... as i have proven that i do play golf at the two clubs and do you think i would leave details on a bb about a company which comes direct form the company think again? | kennethrich
11/3/2003 11:35 | Yeah Ken stop posting, waffle about Golf clubs...spoils a good walk anyway, (lol, don't bite), but if you do claim to know more than us all why don't you tell us instead if telling us who your mates are. My brother in law is Finacial repoting manager for Pace but he still doesn't tell me insider info. If you have anything to add that we should know, please post. Regards M | minuteman
11/3/2003 11:22 | You don't get it do you. Why should we care a damn if you're a member of that golf club. What the hell is that meant to prove ? But these things that you CLAIM to know about the company from your friends at the club - well those would interested us, but I bet you won't tell us anything. So why should we believe those claims any more than those of sreddy ? Or do you expect us to ring the golf club so they can tell us that you have indeed been given insider info about GAI ? | grebo
11/3/2003 11:21 | Christ, you can tell that the markets aren't to everybody's liking at the moment. Can we please stop all this childish bickering. | moneypit23

11/3/2003 11:01 | KENNETHRICH Are we meant to be impressed by your claims that you know people who know more than someone else does but you can't tell us anything about it. Why the hell are we meant to believe that more than we believe sreddy. After all at least SHE can tell the difference between male and female. I know who I believe most, and it aint you. | grebo
11/3/2003 10:45 | sreddy But he does tell a good story!...try the clubs,they've not heard of him! | argy2
11/3/2003 10:37 | KENNETHRICH, You need to go on a spelling and punctuation course. LOL! | sreddy
11/3/2003 10:24 | NAV MIKE sreddy wants to call me an idot then what does he inspect for me to sit there and say nothing do wealthy get it wrong yes the sure do never siad they did not but they can well afford to get caught short.... just do not belive that he has this large holding as i know two memebers at the club have very large holding in the comapy.... and know much more then he does not going in to details on how they know the news but they do..... and sreedy knows more then the chairmans of all the city big banks i think not they know the news miles in front of us all.... simple facts that this company has not kept up with what it set out in its rns and at the end of march they will be in breach of stock market rules ? | kennethrich
11/3/2003 10:11 | Oh for christs sake this is getting ridiculous - KR do you honestly think we care which bloody golf courses you play on?? Good luck to you m8 - but are you saying wealthy people never get it wrong? | nav_mike
11/3/2003 10:09 | sreedy you are all talk mate.... prove then that you have this holding then..... i am idiot then ... if then if i am then how can i afford to pay £120,000 pounds to be a member of queenwood golf course and then pay £7000 year green fees...... and be a member of wisley golf course please feel free to ring both clubs to prove that i am a member... as you are the idot? | kennethrich
11/3/2003 10:03 | to sreddy.... for a person to say you have such a large shareholding you seem to know little about the company... present state..... but hey what do i know only play golf with all the chairmans of all the city big house... at queenwood golf course..... so you know more then these people do ye right then... | kennethrich
11/3/2003 09:58 | KENNETHRICH, Keep posting and prove to the world that you are an idiot. You've just proved to me that you haven't got a clue. | sreddy
11/3/2003 09:32 | I hope you really mean it this time, but I doubt it. | sreddy
11/3/2003 09:13 | Listen guys when these threads start degenerating like this Im off (and for good this time). Before I go I'll tell you whats wrong with 10p and with most posts on this thread. No-one makes any allowance for the fact things can go pear shaped. Sreddy, do you still think 10p is on the cards? The whole business model is just too perfect. As I said before GAI have been picking up big stakes in company's for next to nothing, the plan being to float them a few months later for a big profit. And in these markets? Why doesn't anyone question this? And decent analysis is impossible because all the RNS's appear to be misleading at best. I posted earier that if all the investments have been made as stated in the July(?) RNS then it would imply just about all the cash has gone. anyway cheerio and good luck. | hugepants
11/3/2003 09:02 | And what was wrong with 10p? If floats happened (OK, maybe that now won't be the case for a while) and taking just 57% of £8m pre-new money for FCS alone, and adding SDL and SS (ignoring Astek) and adding 5p per share cash, then 10p was reasonable. The only person who has not tried decent analysis (probably because they wouldn't know it if it hit them in the face) is you. | sreddy
11/3/2003 08:52 | Mike, Apologies was trying to add a bit of humour to the thread. Ill try and refrain from this in future posts. I think Im within my right to comment on the management of this company. They have performed abysmally. When was there ever decent analysis on this thread? Check back on all the price targets being bandied about. 10p was common. So lets hear your analysis. (and please no comments about why am I posting when I dont own stock. Its really pathetic) | hugepants
11/3/2003 08:49 | Beat me to it. Nervous market=nervous investor | moneypit23 |
