well this will not hurt...
4 months before xmas they were in talks to be bought out by a large company
before they looked closely at GAI BOOKS they were going to offer 6X the value of GAI not in cash but in terms of their shares... they were intrested in the fluid part of the company.... but when they looked at the books..they maid a sharp exit and called off the buy out....
the two members of the golf course that have well over the 3% mark each
but set up so that they do not show that they have the mark where everone gets informed... they are still holding there shares and yes they bought at much higher pricies they did pay 10p for the shares and at lower pricies ?

Yeah Ken stop posting, waffle about Golf clubs...spoils a good walk anyway, (lol, don't bite), but if you do claim to know more than us all why don't you tell us instead if telling us who your mates are.

My brother in law is Finacial repoting manager for Pace but he still doesn't tell me insider info.

But these things that you CLAIM to know about the company from your friends at the club - well those would interested us, but I bet you won't tell us anything.

So why should we believe those claims any more than those of sreddy ?

Or do you expect us to ring the golf club so they can tell us that you have indeed been given insider info about GAI ?

just do not belive that he has this large holding as i know two memebers at the club have very large holding in the comapy.... and know much more then he does
not going in to details on how they know the news but they do.....
and sreedy knows more then the chairmans of all the city big banks i think not they know the news miles in front of us all....
simple facts that this company has not kept up with what it set out in its rns
and at the end of march they will be in breach of stock market rules ?

Listen guys when these threads start degenerating like this Im off (and for good this time).

Before I go I'll tell you whats wrong with 10p and with most posts on this thread. No-one makes any allowance for the fact things can go pear shaped. Sreddy, do you still think 10p is on the cards? The whole business model is just too perfect. As I said before GAI have been picking up big stakes in company's for next to nothing, the plan being to float them a few months later for a big profit. And in these markets? Why doesn't anyone question this? And decent analysis is impossible because all the RNS's appear to be misleading at best. I posted earier that if all the investments have been made as stated in the July(?) RNS then it would imply just about all the cash has gone.

And what was wrong with 10p? If floats happened (OK, maybe that now won't be the case for a while) and taking just 57% of £8m pre-new money for FCS alone, and adding SDL and SS (ignoring Astek) and adding 5p per share cash, then 10p was reasonable. The only person who has not tried decent analysis (probably because they wouldn't know it if it hit them in the face) is you.

Apologies was trying to add a bit of humour to the thread. Ill try and refrain from this in future posts.

I think Im within my right to comment on the management of this company. They have performed abysmally.

When was there ever decent analysis on this thread? Check back on all the price targets being bandied about. 10p was common.

So lets hear your analysis.

(and please no comments about why am I posting when I dont own stock. Its really pathetic)
