The problem the rampers have is the science proves they are trying to ramp a placebo as there is no adequately controlled study to support any claim beyond placebo

Odds estimates indicated the largest likelihood of placebo response occurred in men who were black, were younger than 45 years, had mild ED, and did not have diabetes. The likelihood of a placebo response decreased as ED duration increased. The frequency of common adverse events was similar between placebo responders and nonresponders

In subsequent clinical studies, a surprisingly high percentage of EDDM patients–10% to 20%–claimed that the placebo "improved my erections," thus indicating a psychological basis for their ED.

You have said all this and more repeated literally hundreds of times

It does not make it true by virtue? of your repetition

Fortunately nobody takes any notice of you

For those new to this thread bear in mind that LBO is out for revenge having lost all his money years and years ago

and currently large pharma are more than happy for him to try and discredit any product that is in competition with theirs

Bear in mind the following :-

Viagra (Sildenafil) taken orally or by injection into a vein

has side effects which may include (official):

sensitivity to light
muscle aches
heartburn
nose bleeding
flushed skin
problems falling asleep
tingling in the arms, feet, legs, or hands
numbness in the arms, feet, legs, or hands
headache
diarrhea
heartburn
trouble differentiating between colors like blue and green
seeing a blue tinge on things

Viagra may also cause serious side effects that require immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include:

chest pain
fainting
blurred vision
severe, sudden loss of vision
ringing in ears
sudden loss of or decrease in hearing
dizziness
rash
burning during urination
itching during urination
shortness of breath that worsens
an erection that lasts longer than 4 hours

No side effects with Med3000 !!!!

Viagra/Sildenafil has all those mentioned above - no wonder because it is internal and not applied externally as is MED3000

This is what MED competitors don't want people to realise

Its all an elaborate marketing 'swindle' from rampers who are giving no disclaimers! Unlike Futura who are giving the necessary disclaimers until an effect beyond placebo can be shown in an adequately controlled study. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/documents/public_statements/996984/p114505_otc_homeopathic_drug_enforcement_policy_statement.pdfA product that contemporary technology does not understand must establish that this 'magic' actually works. Proof is what separates an effect new to science from a swindle . . . . If a condition responds to treatment, then selling a placebo as if it had therapeutic effect directly injures the consumer. FTC v. QT, Inc., 512 F.3d 858, 862-63 (7th Cir.Trinity Research even admit the hypothesised effects 'believed'™ to be happening by Futura are 'disputed' and no mechanism of action has to be even shown to get a medical device approved. But it does to need be proven to substantiate its marketing claims.Trinity research:'Presumably the effect is comparable to the cold-induced vasodilation (CIVD) that occurs with extremities such as toes and fingers. Despite being a well-known effect, the mechanisms of CIVD are still disputed, but the pathways involved could well be similar. Interestingly, the precise mechanism of action does not need to be elucidated for the regulators to be comfortable for a product to be approved as medical device’https://www.discovermagazine.com/health/the-erection-of-a-placeboThere is no evidence for the evaporative mode of action from the clinical trials. To show that the evaporation is what makes MED3000 work, you'd need to compare it to a non-evaporative gel

Poor old LiarBO has to rely on copy/pasting his nonsense repeatedly so that his warped point of view is the only one seen. If he had one shred of real evidence that MED3000 doesn't do exactly what Futura claim that it does, he would be trumpeting it to the rafters, instead of posting irrelevant and out of date links to try and make his point. On the other hand, the evidence continues to mount that MED3000 is efficacious in the treatment of ED. Even the FDA accept that it works, which is why they've asked for a longer trial than FM57 to ensure it is still efficacious over a six month period instead of three months. The answer to that is a foregone conclusion, because FM57 results showed an increase in efficaciousness as the trial went on.

Powders, tablets and gels used like medications but registered as medical devices – the same category plasters and pacemakers fall into – need tighter controls, a team of clinical researchers has concluded after studying several such materials. Products that fall into this regulatory grey zone don’t need to prove their efficacy or safety in the same way pharmaceuticals do, which could be a concern for vulnerable patients

According to European regulations, medical devices are used for diagnosis, prevention or treatment of disease, but unlike drugs their primary mode of action isn’t biological. The definition includes everything from medical software to wound dressings and surgical instruments.

Manufacturers need to demonstrate medical devices’ safety and performance. An organisation called a notified body then assesses the product’s conformity and grants it a CE mark. But Van Winckel and her colleagues found only poor clinical evidence for the three devices they investigated. Studies were small or of low quality, often missing placebo controls. In some cases, there was no data at all

The researchers also highlighted the lack of safety information in the devices instruction leaflets. There was no or little mention of interactions with other compounds, maximum safe dose or adverse effects.

There is still no requirement of efficacy, performance being sufficient,’ she points out.

Nothing is absorbed in Med3000 except maybe some water!!! The solvent (Alcohol) just evaporates. Not even Futura are that stupid to try claim what you are claiming as it would mean it wouldn’t be a class 2 medical device anymore just like all lubricants.. Same cooling effect can be replicated using any water based cooling lubricants that also evaporate or even an similar alcohol and water gels.

Voltaren vehicle gel is the carrier substance of the topical Voltaren products. This vehicle gel is especially formulated to be easily applied on the skin, while providing some sensory benefits. The present study aims to substantiate the widely perceived hydrating and cooling effect of Voltaren vehicle gel.

Because water-based personal lubricants absorb into the skin and evaporate, most water-based lubricants have a tendency to dry out during use

Still no patent either!? Anyone can make a similar alcohol and water cooling get themselves at home using some Alcohol hand gel!

No wonder some men and women reported ‘burning’ in the MED studies!!! ROFLMAO

The composition of the invention contained: ethanol: 33%; water: 35%; glycerol: 24%; propylene glycol: 6%; Carbopol® Ultrez 10: 1%. pH was adjusted to 5.25 with potassium hydroxide solution. The ethanol used in the manufacture of the composition was absolute ethanol (i.e. 100% ethanol free from water) such that the final composition contained 33% of pure ethanol. If a lower grade of ethanol was used which contained impurity amounts of water (e.g. 96% ethanol), then the amount used would have to be adjusted to ensure the final composition contained the correct amount of the components, i.e. 33% pure ethanol and 35% water.

Any placebo like Med3000 also can cause many serious side effects too. Even in FM57 headaches and burning were reported by using the placebo Med3000 gel.

A Viagra study also showed using a placebo was also just as likely to harm you. It compared some 4,500 patients taking the drug to about 3,100 on placebo. So based on that study Med3000 even as a placebo is just as likely to harm you as viagra.

A new review of data from 250,726 trial participants has found that 1 in 20 people who took placebos in trials dropped out because of serious adverse events (side effects). Almost half of the participants reported less serious adverse events. The adverse events ranged from abdominal pain and anorexia to burning, chest pain, fatigue, and even death.

https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/441189-mike-rabe/28602-15-ways-to-spot-stock-discussion-board-rampersHere are 15 ways you can identify the stock discussion board ramper. I've seen the same behaviors in the stock rampers across many stock forums. Once you know the warning signs, you can learn to spot the ramper much more easily: 1. The rampers post exorbitant stock price predictions.2. The rampers warn others they better get in now or else. Their "buy now" posts almost sound like threats.3. They attack those who disagree with their lofty predictions. They cannot back up their arguments with a rational discussion, so they resort to petty name calling and telling others who disagree with them that they are "full of it."

All Futura have done is allow Reckitt to sell lubricants/arousal gels as clinically proven placebo treatments for ED. And report Med3000 to the ASA, FTC etc for being misleading if it doesn’t inform consumers that Med3000 itself has no proven effect in ED beyond a placebo as it has not proven efficacy a placebo controlled study or even against any standard cooling lubricant/arousal gel

For many, whether or not placebo use is ethical depends partly on whether patients are being deceived and whether there is a known better treatment.
“A clinician who doesn’t deceive a patient, and who provides a placebo for something for which there is no known treatment, such as irritable bowel syndrome, might be ethically OK,” says Jeremy Howick, of the Department of Primary Health Care Sciences, at the University of Oxford, and lead author of the Plos One study. “But there is no evidence that this company is enhancing care. What they’ve been doing is completely unethical.”

The FTC, ASA and SMSNA have all said with no adequately controlled study its akin to a ‘swindle’,‘misleading’ and ‘snake oil’

What standards are applied to evidence? The position taken by the ASA is a tried and tested one which has developed over the course of many years. It reflects the opinion of the wider scientific and academic community, rather than judgements made solely by the ASA. There are many aspects that are taken into consideration when evidence is reviewed and each claim is judged on its merits alongside the evidence presented to support it. Evidence submitted for health claims should normally include at least one adequately controlled experimental human

But the anonymous rampers are desperate to try get the naive on BBs to believe the rampers know more then the SMSNA, FTC, ASA and the wider scientific community.

A product that contemporary technology does not understand must establish that this ˜magic’ actually works. Proof is what separates an effect new to science from a swindle . . . .
