Wow that’s v interesting, thanks for sharing mida5. Did you get any info through from your broker or similar?

I’m not clear what this means for shareholders exactly, but I haven’t seen any info from my broker on this topic

I am also a holder of a couple of batches of these so thanks for the info as far as it goes. I do check the website regularly and not a lot coming there in terms of customer wins. You would think they would publicise these to get some traction with other clients at least

Thanks for responding, that's useful to know.

Still hard to find any info on how this company is doing, they had what seemed to be a great product so it's strange!

sm001 That's what it looked like, however, I have received this today and - no I'm afraid not - FXI has simply been de-listed

Dear Mr Hopper

Thank you for your message and apologies for the delayed response.

The stock delisted in 2017. However on the 24/2/21 there was a conversion, this was to remove your holding from the UK custodian, Crest.

You still have shares within the company but as they are de-listed we do not have a current live price for the holding.

If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.

Yours sincerely

Henry

Yeah it’s hard to get any info about them, they just have the occasional post about sponsoring some event. It still looks like the tech is pretty good and the key person/people involved clearly have some talent.

My hope is they’re just focused on the work hence wanting little to do with investor relations or anything else, and likely having cut all non-essential costs.

Investor relations asked if I would be interested to sell my shares, which seemed strange, maybe they asked just to imply they’re in demand?

It would be good for us to be connected up with a few other investors to share any info that comes to light actually.

Best of luck with your holdings

mine are held through IG and I cannot get the company to even send me the annual report despite giving them the nominee details.
I assume this is going to end badly but I guess the crooks in charge will take a while to allow the authorities to "forget' they exist first

Hi all,

I'm in a similar boat, with my holdings on Degiro at the moment and no apparent way of getting paper share certificates from them. Happy to hold for the long term for a relisting and the prospects still sound fairly promising, but can anyone help me with the following please?

- Will my shares definitely be "safe" and accounted for, even though they're with a broker that cannot trade them?
- Will FusionEx have a record somewhere of every share they have ever issued, and my holdings will presumably be a part of that record? Even if they don't have my name as the owner, presumably they know Degiro have my holdings.
- If they ever get relisted, is it reasonable to assume my shares will become tradeable again?
- Is there any risk that they just wipe clean the record that my holdings ever existed, given I've never been able to register the shares with them?

Thanks for any help you can provide

Yes I agree it seems to "reek" of insider knowledge - the reply I had back from Apex via email had Fusionex "writ large" in the address - which said they had considered re-listing but it was not in the forseeable future !!!

Thanks for all the updates. Waiting for a relist or a sensible offer is my approach.

This episode all seems too opportunistic to me and I'm very surprised at the way it's been handled.

Thanks for the info. Is there any way to see the FXI accounts - I was bid 85p via AJ Bell, they tried 3 times! Is there any way to establish if that is a decent price or not?

Many thanks for the info.
Hopefully some posters on this thread will keep us informed of any new relevant news regarding offers for our shares.

There seems to be a fair bit of news when you click on the news tab

TTS, from memory after the share was delisted you had to apply for a share certificate which is how your address would appear on FXI's share register. If you didn't do this then maybe the letter would go to IWEB and then on to you but only if they felt like it as there's no support usually for delisted shares. It would be worth contacting them.

The 85p being spoken of is from a previous poster a few days ago. I've made no contact with investor relations so do not have first hand knowledge of the price, although I'd be surprised if it wasn't true.
