Hi folks.
I have a small amount of these which i purchased way back in 2016.
They are still showing in my trading account but obviously i cant buy or sell them and they are not showing a value price but i paid more than the 85p people are quoting on this thread.
I have not had a letter offering to buy my shares but i am intrigued how this pans out as i had mentally written these off as worthless.

Fwiw my account is IWEB which i believe is owned by halifax share dealing.

Something is up !! the "who" is less important than the "why"??? This is not an altruistic move by FXI or whoever. If a re-list is on the cards either in London or US or a merger or takeover then how do we PI's holding FXI shares stand??. If you work on the basis that Mr T is behind this is he to be trusted and could we PI's be left high & dry???

I asked HL for a certificate and then e mailed a copy to Jersey.
I had a letter from Apex Financial Services(Secretaries) Ltd stating that a third party potentially wished to purchase some share.
I guess potentially could mean if the third party gets the number of shares it wants.
The pull back from Britdaq may well have been because of little interest

if they are not planning for a relist then I wonder if there is another big company about to make an acquisition?
seems strange for Fusionex to pull away from Britdaq then later offer to buy shares if there is nothing brewing?

Did you notice their website is now fusionexUS...They must prepare for US listing, I am sure.Their role in the current global environment is becoming pretty significant. There is more potential in this comapany but I wish it would be relisting to spread this to the public investors better. 85p is peanuts today.https://www.fusionexus.com/china-fights-back-covid-19-using-big-data-and-ai/

If you asked your shares out from your broker to your name, did they actually wrote you an e-mail directly from the company and do keep in touch with you? I kept it sitting with my broker, and Fusionex refuses to communicate with me directly about any news directly via email.
i can wait another year or so for another higher offer before relisting, I assumed this is lost money anyway, giving it back for the same price as a few years ago is just another waste.
This company could have a future still and it is a pity it dealt with their PIs in such a nasty way.

I question why somebody wants to Hoover up shares right now. They were on Britdaq, for what 2 to 3 years, and there was hardly any interest at 60p to 70p.
jl5006 agreed, it may not relist and you takes your chance....

Current valuation is anybody's guess, fundamentals went out of the window a long time ago. Take a look at Wandisco (WAND) to see how valuations can get a bit dizzy.

Why there is no share price on this purchase back and how come they communicate this via email directly to some shareholders?
I wont be selling for 85p, that is ridiculous and not better than selling when the delisting news came in...

No idea of timescale but if Teh is to be believed, long suffering shareholders will see the fruits of his controversial chosen path. As an aside I doubt he'll be selling any of his shares for 85p

The rug was pulled from under this because of poor share performance and the costs associated with the listing. They were trading at around 140p at the time having fallen from highs of over 700p.

What timescale do you anticipate for this as a matter of interest???

If it's only 85p I'll keep them for a while longer and wait for a relisting.

I've also had a letter from Apex and an email from Fusionex. Fusionex say they have a buyer willing to buy my shares for 85p per share.

A cliff- Sorry if my post was misleading, I was not referring to any financial data, which is obviously the key driver being positive or negative. I was referring to the posted news on their website, with good PR and winning multiple contracts with bluechip organisations.

The company seems to going from strength to strength, but no sign of going public again? I guess if they want to raise funds for future ambitions, then that may be the trigger.

U just need to get a share cert from ur broker - via link or whatever. There may be a charge - but without the cert u cant email evidence to them.
I am sure I put the link further back - track my posts
