I believe that we are about to get some long awaited action from FEI according to reports. Those who try to make out that FEI is worthless should buy in now before they look really stupid! Market cap of £700k?

They have to have the 6 month report out by the end of June. Though this company is not beyond letting themselves be suspended if they fail to do it on time.

Market cap of only £700k with very valuable tax losses to some company...assets worth around £2.5m and debts of around £1m. Bit of a no-brainer really when directors eventually get moving.

I wonder when we are going to get some news on this .Looks like theyve decided to withdraw the land from sale due to dire market conditions or the buyers have decided to pull out.Not that it makes any difference the shares are effectively worthless anyway.

I would have thought with planning permision for 95 flats the land should be worth over £2,000,000 or even £2,500,000 at only £85,000 per flat that is over £8,000,000 i would have thought there was a good profit in it for someone?

The agent still says this on the website "This property is not currently available, and the PDF file is provided for historic information only. ".
Given they made a song and dance about using such a major agent then one assumes that they have an offer and the legal process has started. But who knows with this lot? They've never reported the new planning permission to the shareholders.
