Latest photo from the site shows that demolition is now completely finished with land levelled off for builder to begin. Fencing has been removed with a view to implementation from construction company. Land has been levelled off and rushed over the past 7 days.

This will not go bust although it is certainly priced to do so! However, the management has the most disregard for shareholders that I have ever seen.

Once the RTO is completed it is a new ball game!!

Surprised this is still trading and not suspended must be any day now by the looks of it unless EVO want to get rid of the overhang before the end of the tax year and are prepared to give them away,its one or the other.

I agree that price sensitive information shouldn't be held from the market and shareholders have every right to demand answers from the directors. However, that is how an RTO works i'm afraid i.e. the fat cats get their shares for next to nothing though it tends to send the shares rocketing upwards.

Having said that, these directors should get shot for their performance. There are another three plots for building in Kilsyth at the moment and we have all known who the builders will be for months but not at Newtown St!!

The disregard for investors is very poor.

I suggest shareholders start rattling the directors cages and start the jungle drums rolling before they just shaft us.
We should start sending e mails wanting answers why price sensitive information is being deliberately withheld from the market.
I suggest we all start e mailing tomorrow.

I dont know about you but when i walk past a plot of land that is
cleared for building flats/houses the next time i walk past it the
job is well on the way and the 3rd time i walk past all they are all
built and sold, something is not right here, i hope i'm wrong for
all loyal shareholders.

ps...chancer6 ramping a stock is usually a very bad sign.

Some of you are too loyal here, if this was a good thing
then the insiders would be buying in the tens of millions,
the lack of any volume is not a good sign.
