Worth a punt with net tangible asset value at last b/s date 7.5p a share. New management team clearing the decks. They have large stakes in the equity bought @ 15p a share. Majority of shares owned offshore. A bid at half the price of their original stake would make sense.

D & D What makes you value FCRM @ £3.2m? I see possibly £2.4m....assuming the convertibility and £24m if it doesn't and in due course we get back to near profit from the lag of management changes coming in to play and revenue collected successfully and further contracts coming in to play!

At the end of the day the share price is only roughly back up to where it was around 14th December when the interim results were published...since then small volume sales have brought it down by 50% odd...Some people will make a bit today or have....really so what and good luck to them....you couldn't even call it noise...nothing to see here...the share price will either drop back to 0.6 and then rise to 4p...or it may just go to 4p in due course or perhaps more than 4p on more positive news. The directors shares mostly cost them 12p...was that about a year ago?

Fulcrum Utility Services Limited, a leading independent provider of essential utility services including multi-utility connections and renewable energy infrastructure, has noted the recent rise in the Company's share price and confirms that it knows of no reason for this increase.

Further to the announcement of its interim results on 14 December 2022, Fulcrum confirms that there has been no material change in its trading or financial condition since then.
