SpectoACc that is spot on I reckon....they would need 75% would they not to delist, but that won't endear them to anyone and would seem desperate....IMO....so make a bid at 10p if they want the business....

I reckon they'd get it for 10p, but don't expect any bid. The positive news is it being a director, and the end of what was a substantial overhang.

Now a small free float, committed major shareholders, and a lot of upside even just to the last cash raise level.

Check out the RNS dated 9th April 2020. This is when Harwood tried to take the company private. They offered 26.25p and it was rejected by shareholders

Under the Takeover Code, when a buyer acquires "control" of a target company it must make a cash offer to all shareholders offering to acquire their shares at the highest price paid in the last 12 months.Control is greater than 30%. Highest price would be about 13p after the fund raising dilution

If either of them increase above 30% under the uk take over code I believe they have to make an offer.
