new CEO has had 2 weeks to figure out what to do - shouldn't take that long to notice that £25 million plus of owned gas pipeline assets producing £2 million annual EBITDA is worth a lot more than a market cap of £4 million - sell them, shore up the contracting side, give us some money back and don't draw down that horrible convertible loan. Just a thought!!

Must admit it isn't looking so good from a market perspective though! So I will limit my enthusiasm for investing at 0.5p....Never the less I will take a punt at 0.5p!

SP is 1.6p which is 25% of NAV (6.4p).........Personally I am glad to have taken a position at 2p odd......can see it turning around in the next year or, sooner on positive news....and if the conversion occurs I'll take some more.....life's a risk!

You can't win them all I suppose when you invest in recovery stocks. No doubt they will get something back. This company seems to have been caught out giving fixed price quotes with 30% upfront and doing the work in 6-12m time...inflation has killed it. I suppose Harwood and the other big investor have been caught out by this. Initially, it looked good given the cash received in advance and large order book. I was fortunate to make a good profit on this a few years back, but unfortunately didn't sell at £1 when I could have done for a 10+ bagger. Was watching to get back in, but thought the risk was too high.

I’m afraid you’re going to get taken to the cleaners - don’t say you weren’t warned. I would take the other side of your trade every day and twice on a Sunday but can’t see any borrow - hence posting on here as I’ve got no skin in the game.

Who knows....... maybe the carrot of possible 0.5p for us P.I.s to participate?? and if we don't then they will be justified in increasing their ownership far beyond 30% x 2.....but the slowly slowly catchy monkey theory says pay 2p to participate now and then get what you can at 0.5p to average down to say e.g. 1p? .....our major shareholders/lenders won't be averaging anywhere near 1p......so this is my strategy?? a punt!

I was invested in FCRM and made a very small profit in Sept selling out in the 7p range.....so it's a pure gamble for me now....but am I prepared to properly invest at 0.5p???? .....that's the big conundrum? Is it just the big design to enrich "them"?? and de-rich moi?

well spotted

it does look like a bad deal to pay 2p

What do you think will happen to the share price once £7.2m of debt (close to the current market cap) is converted into shares at 0.5p or lower? Clue: work out how many shares would need to be issued to satisfy that. You are effectively paying 2p today for the obligation to get massively diluted, and the right to partake in the subsequent open offer at 0.5p…

at the end of the day our two lenders/shareholder groups etc. have paid a lot more for the 60% of the company they have so far and with the extra now converted at 0.5p and the ability for us to also participate at 0.5p probably...i think it makes sense to take a position today at 2pish.....personally think that if the company has enough funds now, with the previous debt reduced and the new facility converted to equity....then 2023 might prove small profitable or if not then 2024 and the share price will recover pretty well then....
......so I need to have a position to be able to participate on the 0.5p......so bought in today....happy to be corrected if I'm seeing it all wrong......indeed need to be corrected if I have it wrong...lol

Lol - suggest any remaining holders here work out the share issuance required to convert £7.2m (£6m + 20%)at 0.5p, and the resulting dilution to the free float
