Well the TU has landed and it calibrates the market.
Much work to be done to right this ship.

Probably foreign bad actors, not kids in back bedrooms, looking to find ways into any UK utility or infrastructure management company to create mayhem. This reads as not massively impactful. FCRM should contact UK Authorities (NCSC) if not already done so - I guess they have.

Very common problem at mo.

"No data was breached or accessed during the Activity."

They are not alone but not everyone announces. A constant battle ongoing. Looks like FCRM handled this appropriately and often the good news is it highlights areas to fortify. So no big negative but a chance to strengthen.

Will get interesting if it was harwood and / or bayford buying over the past week. As per my earlier post harwood would need to buy circa 800k shares to get to 29% for the next TR1 and bayford would need 3.6m. For bayford, that would take them to 30% triggering a mandatory bid

Key part was: Bayford cannot buy many more shares without going above 30% and triggering a mandatory bid.

Utility services installer Fulcrum Utility Services (LON: FCRM) is the largest riser on the day, up 16.7% to 7.35p, but there are no announcements. Previous share price jumps have been due to buying by the Bayford Group, which has a 29.1% stake. Bayford cannot buy many more shares without going above 30% and triggering a mandatory bid.https://ukinvestormagazine.co.uk/aim-movers-light-science-contract-progress-and-afritin-mining-funding/

In that case I assume it would be 12p then, the placing price. I was looking at https://burlingtonslegal.com/insight/when-do-you-need-to-make-a-mandatory-offer-under-the-takeover-code/

I think it’s the highest price paid by the acquirer over the past 12 months

My understanding of the take over code is that for anyone that obtains 30% or more, the price they would need to offer for a full take over is the highest price over the past 12 months which was 13.75 on the 11th January 22. This is with the dilution of the additional shares

Sharp rise and sharp pull back. But will it oscillate and go to close the gap towards the end of May
