13/9/2018 12:47 | Outrider do not own all the debt, less than half of it. The rest of the creditors have always been happy to roll it over and are friendly ie SN knows them. ------- Ah bless! What has friendly got to do with it? They rolled it because they had no choice! If they were offered even a fraction back they'd likely seize control and take the money. Why wouldn't they? | ![]() loglorry1

13/9/2018 11:54 | Sure Zaza and SN would be happy for their equity to be worth zero. ------------------- Ah right that's what its about then is it? The equity is worth what Zaza and SN want it to be worth. Silly me. Since we are allowed to make up "what ifs" here's one. A major oil company, which turns out to be a small one really offers Outrider $20m for the lot allowing Outrider to recover about 50c on the dollar of debt. It turns out that Outrider have always reserved the right to call their debt whenever they wanted but that wasn't made clear by dross and Zaza. So they ask for repayment put FRR in default and then take the company and sell it on. I'm just speculating here I've no idea what the situation is but this is certainly a much more likely scenario than a billion dollar bid. We are all wasting our time speculating. You have to ask yourself why we need to when FRR could just release flow rates and put an end to it one way or another? Could it simply be a repeat of UD2? I think so. | ![]() loglorry1
13/9/2018 11:40 | Tickboo. I wouldn't discount a full takeover. I think Zaza and Steve would consider it for the right price. $1billion? 4.9p a share. I'd take that now :-) | thefozzer |
