@fozzy none of the blocks mentioned in that doc pertain to block 12. The only mention of FRR is in relation to an extra lorry on their license.

Someone asked on LSE if it's the basin edge that Exxon are interested in and perhaps that's what the arbitration may be about.

I'm 99.9% sure Exxon will be looking for the next Shah Deniz hence Exxon will be interested in B12s South Kakheti Gas Complex which combines the Taribani field and the Mtsare Kheve Gas Complex.
