Sure Zaza and SN would be happy for their equity to be worth zero.

Lol @tickboo this is just jackanory stuff. Sorry but it's so far from reality it's not worth considering.

You are just clinging onto hope.

At best Outrider might flog the company to someone to recover some of their debt. Equity would get zero.

To be fair I think with the arbitration because they haven't followed through with the specifics it seems more of a threat as opposed to anything with genuine merit/substance. The Georgian gov will know who the NDAs are with and I believe them to be with genuine parties who are interested and have indeed spent a fair amount of time on site and in management meetings as stated. I think they tried and tried again with ud-2 but agree they withheld news until they had 'good' news to publish at the same time (zone 19). I've been here too long and would love even a low ball takeover. Given they've spent some £300m even double that at £600m which would be around 3.5p or so would more than do me (10x where we are now)!

lobbied a couple of senators to ask a question in the senate.
___________________________________________________________________________

Loggy, the US senators did more then just that. The US Gov gave a stern warning to certain ministers as a result of the tom foolery with Frontera. Anyway, I think we can see it did the trick :-)

What do you think the E word is worth to the share price in an RNS?

2-3P?

Good luck.

@tickboo I know we disagree on this but the sort of JV/Farmin/NDA news we got is pretty easy to construct compared to hard cold facts like flow rates, how many days the flow continued for, starting flow rate, ending flow rate, total amount produced etc.

As I've said it could easily just be Zaza firing off a few notes to his address book saying he's got something exciting and do they want to come and take a look (after signing an NDA first).

tickboo,

Your posts come across as sensible and well balanced - which makes me wonder how on earth you've ever found yourself invested in FRR!

The mistake I think you are making is believing a word that FRR say, or allude to. Things haven't changed with Zaza - look at how they hid the results of Ud-2 for as long as they could under his watch whilst posting pictures of flares on Twitter. Also, they were forced to admit that arbitration proceedings were underway over their acreage, rather than offer up this information in a proper and timely manner.

FRR don't view RNSs as a means of communicating material information to the market. They view them as an opportunity to promote the shares, stretch the truth as far as they can, whilst still getting the NOMAD to sign off on them.

Eventually, the spin and bluster has to deliver something, which is where FRR always fall down. Ultimately, they always deliver what bears want them to deliver, rather than shareholders.

Am i correct in saying if you open a short @ 0.5p for £1000 so using IG platform a 10:1 leverage so £10,000 so if frr were to suspend on pending a buyout of b12 for say 10p so thats an increase of 20:1 from the short price so that means youd owe £200,000 to IG?? Thats a lot of money for anyone who has a short open wouldnt want to be in that position

Fair point, not sure how many 'second' chances I've given! I do believe the majors have attended more than one management meetings and I suspect they wanted a deeper zone tested (19) so I believe they're serious and not wasting their time and money. I'd love B12 to be bought lock stock with no JV just a clean buy out. Keen to move on!

Thing is @tickboo I've been hearing you say this for over a year. Each time you say "I'll give FRR one last chance". The last time you said that if they don't produce flow rates you've had it with them. Each time Zaza comes out with some more BS and you just roll over and have your tummy tickled.

Good luck though but I think you are a hopeless bull who will just get rinsed like all the others before you.

I agree that going by history it'd be a sure bet FRR will collapse further. I do believe things have changed and the focus to monetise the assets, pay off YA and possibly book reserves to open up avenues to capital. If majors have attended management meetings it tells me they're serious.

mick1909,

My tweets are a matter of public record - I haven't hidden that I am short.

My average short entry price is 0.5377p - does that help?

Regardless of my position, however, I do believe that those that hold FRR will see most of their investment obliterated over time. That is based on history and my knowledge of how FRR operate.

Anyone who has an open short is going to say what they can about the company for their financial gain and waseeem shakoor will spout incorrect information WShak@WShak1·4 SepDumped more #frrtoday at 0.43p. Shares should have sold off on yesterday's news, not doubled. Patience required, reality will eventually take hold and buyers roasted. @WShak1·3 SepSold more #FRRinto today's pump at 0.31p. Classic behaviour, unable to provide flow rates or get cash. Using the old "in talks for farm out" ruse. Did it ten years ago, never mentioned again #frris a disgrace.

You were saying when one NDA was mentioned in a shareholder meeting it was nonsense unless it was RNS'd. We'll subsequently it has been RNS'd that 2 majors are in early discussions which have progressed due to them attending extensive site visits and attended management meetings and you still laugh it off. Suddenly we're going for zone 19. Exxon are in town talking to the Georgian gov when ud-2 was being worked on. Shame the cement job didn't hold but they still got the gas flowing for the first time from that source rock. News is due end of the month for H1 which will show another big loss but hopefully oil sales nearly double from 17.

Ummmm it would be if it's true. In fact FRR spent a load of shareholders money on an expensive US law firm who lobbied a couple of senators to ask a question in the senate.

That's your view but it did seem to work though eh Loggy.

loggy ..thats all the backhanded fraudulent payments I'm talking about. .10 of millions of shareholders money freely lavished on snakes in suits. .
Frontera can't do a breakdown of where the cash has gone. .the fraud squad will get to the bottom of it. .soon.
it certainly hasn't being spent on exploring for oil. .that is for sure pal.

The US government has specific given its full support to Frontera. That's incredible don't you think?

One wonders why shareholders cash was wasted like this when they are so confident in their PSC terms. Then again why go to arbitration?

Loggy, I've followed oil exploration in Georgia since 2009.

I've never seen such positive noises from Georgian officials about the potential Georgia has for hydrocarbons.

The US government has specific given its full support to Frontera. That's incredible don't you think?

Not long to wait. Big Spike if FRR mention the E word in the next RNS.
Get that short stop on lad, don't see all your hard work destroyed:-)
