06/9/2018 09:13 | Waseem it clearly states Whilst these discussions are at an early stage, they have taken a significant step forward with both interested parties having attended extended site surveys and management meetingsSo not just a 5 minute phone call as you elude You are misinforming on the board for your financial gain Your a weasel@WShak1·3 SepSold more #FRRinto today's pump at 0.31p. Classic behaviour, unable to provide flow rates or get cash. Using the old "in talks for farm out" ruse. Did it ten years ago, never mentioned again WShak4 SepDumped more #frrtoday at 0.43p. Shares should have sold off on yesterday's news, not doubled. Patience required, reality will eventually take hold and buyers roasted. #frris a disgrace. | mick1909

06/9/2018 09:07 | Regdik on lseNDADepending on the complexity a NDA can be a very simple document or very complex. I suggest as a sovereign state is involved this could be erring to the complex if you add in the arbitration issue, two majors and splitting gas/oil flows as most wells seem to be producing both and who gets what % of revenue/turnover. Dealing with a majors legal team (in this case two) and governmental agencies (I wonder why GG merged them a few months ago) and their legal teams takes time a lot of time. So in short to enter into a NDA is not done lightly and can be quite costly especially when they are a lot of moving parts and parties. As I said on Monday this is significant news | mick1909
06/9/2018 09:06 | thefozzer, "So WShak, what is FRR's motivation for misleading the market? Because according to you they are clearly misleading investors unless I've grossly mistaken your post?" Very simple, to keep the shares high so they can sell more shares, as they have always done in the past. They have a highly commercial share selling operation but, as far as I'm aware, are yet to engage with any major printing firms to engage in a joint venture. "WShak how do you explain the fact that two major oil companies have signed NDAs to exchange data, visited the site and are engaged in discussing a JV?" It takes nothing to approach a major and say you have something of interest and would they like to have a look? Why would an employee at any firm say "no"? See above for reasons why FRR might want to do this. They've done exactly this a few times before, never to be heard of again. | wshak
06/9/2018 09:01 | If Frontera were to receive some payment in exchange for exclusivity over a period to determine prospectively etc, from one or other supposed “major”, I might be more inclined to give the “announcement& | bumpa33
06/9/2018 08:59 | We know for a fact Schlumberger are in Georgia and we know that Exxon has meetings with Georgian officials so the fact majors are now taking an interest in Georgia for hydrocarbons shouldn't be a surprise. Now FRR have 3 wells under EWT and have illustrated proof of concept in ud-2 it's no wonder there have been site visits and management meetings attended. | tickboo
