The shares were certainly being dumped en masse in the 4’s. MM’s certainly didn’t want sellers when I was trying to offload then. Profit takers from the 2’s and/or forward sellers?

They will have seen the RNS.

Not necessarily. As I've said before, no-one is willing to offer FRR money in size at anything close to the current share price.

That leaves insiders (who own shares) selling through the back door, or others selling forward.

If it is others selling forward, that could be a new death spiral provider (which wouldn't officially be a placing) or YA selling forward knowing that FRR still need to clear their debt.

Finally, they COULD be ramping thge share price simply to get bucketshops involved at a much lower, "bargain" price which they can flip to their clients.

What I do know is that FRR have a history for keeping such arrangement under wraps for as long as possible, and wouldn't rule anything out in terms of potentially misleading the market.

They have form.

You're asking me a very specific question, particularly regarding the identity of whoever is selling shares which is impossible for me to answer.

I will say that I BELIEVE the following:

FRR have issued an RNS with wording which will restrict damage to the share price due to its failure to issue flow rates. I do believe that someone who is contact with the company is using the opportunistic price spike to sell existing shares or forward sell shares that the said party can be confident of being supplied at a lower price.

That could cover company insiders, bucket shops or another death spiral provider.

I do not believe there is much substance to the discussions with 2 majors, as the company themselves readily admit in their wording in the RNS.

This is a genuine belief of mine, based on FRR's past history of delaying bad news and selling shares in the meantime. I have only history to fall back on, not inside knowledge of what is currently going on.

@fozzy you are not listening. We are telling you what we think the situation is that best fits the facts both present and historical that we know. Without being inside we can't do more.

You view it different.

I think Cairn will have done some fact checking yes. I guess they did in CTAG too which turned out to be a fraud.

The overriding fact here is that FRR refuse to release results on the T wells. The excuse they give imho is very weak. If you think it's valid then fine load up you'll be very rich one day.

Once this hit .40 it's away just picked up another 1M (just over) so I hold 5.6M not as many as some I'd assume but not selling till .85 min.... took a 1k profit from a trade in SXX and added that to my holding in this :)

Zaza has many ways to get his money out again - FRR isn't a normal company. He didn't take part in the last placing at 0.46, if you remember.

What is puzzling me is why all the bulls were adamant that flow rates HAVE to be delivered shortly otherwise FRR was a lost cause, yet they now seem to have been placated with a bit of puff regarding potential JVs in the latest RNS.

Is it really that easy to get you guys to roll over?

Both directors have huge share holdings and are aligned with the pi. If you look at Zaza's last buy then timing is very interesting.

You are asking about facts about the agreements that FRR have behind the scenes but I'm not sure how you would expect me to be able to say with certainty without being inside to price sensitive information.

I can guess, just like everyone else, and I'd suggest that my guesses have been better than most, no? Frontera have always sold shares through one form or another whenever they could, often at huge discounts - we have factual history to support that.

The only way to know for certain that FRR would readily accept $5-10m at 0.15p would be to offer them the cash - something that I have absolutely no intention of doing.

Not at all. I just find all the name calling and personal one up personship banal.

It's a 5 bed detached if you want to be accurate. Its nothing special though. I'm an ordinary guy and haven't claimed otherwise.

Cairn have been NOMAD in a number of AIM disasters. I'm sure Zaza knows if they get annoyed with him there's always Allenby.
