When a mainstream tabloid (like the DM) picks up on a share it invariably results in a further spike. So I am expecting a further rise today.

Just add on this permissions aspect. I am very sure that permission will have been sought and given for 2 reasons:First any counter party would want to understand why and to then agree in writing to this - even if the name is held back. They know speculation would be rife, but Zaza would have explained the pressure he was under to reveal EWT data to the market. Am sure a sensible conversation would have ensued, hence today. And Zaza will be absolutely paranoid about doing this correctlySecond - NDAs are usually between the two companies - not individuals - but they usually define the type of employee who would need to know (and there would be quite a few). The employees involved would then in turn be asked to sign individual NDAs, and this I believe would extend to GOGC and government (who must know about this). Someone somewhere will keep a register for each party - Lev in FRR;s case. Of course to release an RNS Zaza will have had to show Cairn the evidence - and very specifically. The counter parties would have therefore had to agree to extend the list of who knows.I have to say sometimes I wonder how any of these discussions remain confidential. The number of people involved escalates hugely as work progresses - especially when site visits take place. Even if dressed in in non branded kit.Anyway what a change in mood from last week. Itll be be peoples radar gaining 80% theyll be pull backs on the way but with the chancers, fundamentals and TA experts this is only heading in 1 direction cant beileve with tim kempsters years of experience he put another short on @ 0.3p surely the pure hype on aim can be crazy id understand more @ 1p??

It's just massive news, the RNS is only just starting to sink in with me. An NDA with 2 Oil and Gas Majors. This isn't some rampers rumor or wishful thinking this is now a fact cleared by the NOMAD with the Georgian government closely watching.

- fozzer am i right the mm did not seem to have any real over hang of shares today. which also suggest not such a large number in free float given the number of shares in issue and indeed at least on one occassion the mm seemed to be short of shares today what are your thoughts?

You're correct Graham, I was testing demand by placing dummy buys/sells and it was difficult to buy at times, it seems there's no overhang. This is my preferred method of testing liquidity and supply/demand on a stock btw.

If this is to keep rising though large volume is required to clear out the stale bulls in at the 0.40's. I can see this getting back to the 0.60's this week and I'd be very happy with this for now. With no YA shares being dumped into the market it could even spike higher than last years big spikes. It would not surprise me if this touched 1p within the next week or so. BPC went from 1p-7.8p recently and the markets are feeling bullish.

I'm now 99.9% sure one of the Majors is EXXON. It's a perfect fit, they'll use their drilling expertise to make the Taribani field work and then they'll start to target the Gas. B12 is huge and it needs a Major to properly explore and exploit this block. It would seem that FRR may have done enough at Ud2 to secure an NDA with the 2 majors, let's not forget FRR flowed commercial quality deep gas to the surface at Ud2. The oil is a gateway into B12 but make no mistake the Majors will be after the natural gas. With the Liberalization of Georgian markets, pipelines and European customers in place the gas potential is huge and worth billions. Energy is power and can used as a political weapon, the US will be keen to have influence in the region to mitigate the presence of the big bear.

If there's an end game here I think it will happen very quickly i.e. 6-12 months now the NDA with 2 majors has been announced.
