@fozzy I think you haven't a clue about how shorts work but don't worry about that. You're having a good day of it today though so enjoy.

No Bumpa, I mean Loggy has paid to short the stock. He's paid cash at 0.30 or whatever and he'll have settle up at some stage at a profit or loss.

Anyway, it's madness to short this stock now, pure madness. It can only be a grudge trade I guess?

Loggy,

Back to you, you think the Geo Gov would have let this RNS pass? Two Majors in discussions with FRR looking to potentially JV?

This is funkin massive.

Speculative buy out and JV posts pending tomorrow with share price predictions.

Think we should keep quiet about this risk.

I would dearly love one or two to be absolutely roasted - given some of the bile posted here. You know who you are

Suspension, then 3p a share.

Being short here with a possible suspension pending corporate action looks a bit risky.

Excellent post from Regdik on LSE this morning (this poster worked for BP at a group level for decades.). He explains the NDA process well (I have been involved in umpteen NDAs over the years myself)- and NDAs get updated as conversation scope widens. Read on:

"It's more than good. FRR will have been talking to these major companies for months before coming to a contractual NDA. These companies would have indicated the type and quantity of data they require before serious talks would begin. Hence the EWT and lack of news from the company. You can go back to the arbitration news as being key here as FRR would just prior to that inform GG that they were going into talks with XY and Z and they would also require to participate and agree plus sign a NDA. Hence bringing to the fore the disputed sunk costs recovery debates. GG want a bigger slice of what now looking like a large cake. Now here is the key O&G companies go into NDA to ensure they do not infringe financial rules whilst negotiations/price sensitive deals are worked.NDA are a big deal for a major as they know the impact that their name will have on the market. For FRR to get them to agree on todays RNS tells me that an in principle deal has been agreed. Next will be a RNS about a meeting then just before that a suspension RNS. Don't look at todays this week this month share price as it will be irrelevant.

You mock the Nomad Loggy saying that you think they would let this slip.

Do you honestly think the Georgian Gov wouldn't challenge this if it were not true?

Just think before you answer.

LOG the higher the share price the happier you should be as you can short more its only same as the long term bulls adding more and making their averages higher

Just to add for Loggy and Bumpa. Do you think the Georgian government would sign off on this?

Think about it. Before you try and think of a smart clever reply just think about what I wrote. Would the Georgian gov let this pass?

none of them are going to touch this with a barge pole.

"we are not surprised that Frontera is one of very few oil companies listed on AIM that has entered discussions with two major oil companies, because the potential of its assets is consistent with what a globally leading oil company would look for to generate meaningful growth, in our opinion"

Bumpa, there's two oil Majors looking a doing business with FRR. Think what you like makes no difference to facts and reality. If you want to slag off a company, from your arm chair, that's actually out in the world trying to make a difference go for it but you'll get challenged.

Speculation should now shift to what form a JV may take. I'll be kicking things off tomorrow. Tune, you need to speak with your brokers mate for his take on this epic development.

And yet not a single sniff of a decent flow rate in all this time from

UD2, T45, Dino2, T39....
______________________________________________________________

FRR discovery commercial quality deep gas at Ud2 but a 30 year old blocked up Soviet well prevented commercial flow rates - Enter Exxon

T39 was flowing 250bopd 3 weeks from EWT without any frac work.

It's happening Loggy.

And yet not a single sniff of a decent flow rate in all this time from

UD2, T45, Dino2, T39....

and no money for Niko-1 as promised.

They'll be no JV or farm-out just the promise of one. The wonderful thing about FRR is that they are masters at keeping the plates spinning. That works on days like this for the bulls but ultimately the price has lost 99.8% of its value while they've printed 15.7bn shares.

I don't think either of us will be proved right or wrong by an RNS from FRR but I expect to continue to make money here and for you to continue to lose money.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Loggy,

The short side has been crying "placing" for months now. Even you said there would be a placing to pay YA. Guess what? Didn't happen.

I said Exxon will JV with FRR due USA interest in region and I'm sticking with this but I think also that Socar could be involved, bit of local knowledge and keep the politicians sweet in Azer.

I think you were mad not to close at 0.23 and mad to add more at 0.30.

Anyway, perhaps you're playing with just a few hundred quid in which case it puts a different perspective on things.
