Whether day, short or long term traders, there seems to be an awful lot of posters here who are experts after an event!

Cancel and change the limit - now 1110 (apparently...)

In time honoured fashion, I'll be adding below 1100 (assuming the bloody platform works - still no updating on HL, but can trade, or could earlier on but on something else.)

Back in here and CEY. The goldies looking very compelling currently. The volatility is really high too, so will probably trade them. No problems buying for me, though would be surprised with IG (excellent platform).

IMO with the state of the world, there is no way gold and silver will reverse trend and head back down. But WTFDIK!

I think most platforms are playing up again - mine is. Bought what I wanted yesterday, here and POLY; POLY doing well enough, but no signs of life here - yet.

Things are stacked against us as it is - then when they pull the plug, you do wonder...

How does one ramp a £9 billion ftse100 company you clown? If you bother to read the thread you’ll see I have a 705p average and a target of £20 which I hope to hit next year, anything in between is just noise.

Silver nicely back above $24. Yesterday was just noise. Now the vaccine euphoria is over yesterday’s biggest risers will be today’s biggest fallers. Same old, same old.

Trader your not wrong about holding stocks for the long term or until you get a large rise like today. Two of my long term holdings got taken over this year, Kaz and hgm. If I would have traded them I could have missed the rise. Same for nex and bp. As long as you buy for the right reason your better holding. Taking some cash off the risers today enables you to top up on those favourite stocks that have been hammered for no reason. If silver holds the 23.50 support until Fres reports trader will be right profits are going to be big, very big.

The clowns turn up here because they think they can make money by jumping in and out at every 2-3% which is nonsense. Statistics indicate that over time 80 percent of retail traders lose money, 10 percent break even and 10 percent make money consistently. Not good is it!

My stats show my average trade length to be 71.54 days.

There's plenty of clowns and prats on ADVFN think they can make money in 71.54 minutes by posting hindsight trades and trade allegations.

Actually better than £2. They were heading towards £14 this morning. Looked like they were breaking through resistance.

I am looking forward to a nice win over the next few weeks.

Polymetal looking good too. Highly profitable with big dividend

Wow what a day to top up on Fres. down £2 on the back of a small drop in silver and gold. Yes small from where they come from this year. Erik, I have been long Ag for the last 7 years buying physical on the way down and from the last 5 years on the way up.

I wont trade it due to days like this when you can lose your shirt. Selling some profits in Bp and NEX today lets me buy free shares in Fres and Poly and I too nearly got my feet wet in CEY, the only thing that stopped me was this 3rd leg down may go to £1.00-£1.10 as I forecast weeks ago. Great charts again Trader I feel by the end of November Fres monthly chart will recover, as it looks now it is forming a bullish flag pattern.
