Good shout on the charts - maybe a link to the company website in the header?

Apart from that, all good and will use.

(Although if we're being really picky, a FTSE100 and a DOW/SP500 chart as well? Pretty please?)

Nice one bonio - yes, oh well...

Marvellous - where were they (and the others) a couple of months ago at 650?

Yes, get buying at 900+, having not bothered at 40% less.

A couple more months and Goldman will be back with a buy when it is 1200+

Although take a look at price of silver and price of gold last time FRES was at these prices - gold lower, but similar; silver was way lower.

I know mate, and good for you. I'll be looking for a new entry. I'd say that the pos needs to settle around 18.5ish but could charge on and bring FRES with it.btw don't forget to enter the silver comp.

Well, it is all playing out fine and dandy.

Took a few years more than expected - but "oh well".

This market since March is teaching me to become more aggressive. Completely understand your approach too, this is a lovely play on a precious metals market that will just carry on getting hotter.

But nothing goes up in a straight line, if I am wrong, so be it. The opportunity cost of having money here is that is could be working elsewhere. In Arnie's words "I'll be back", the next silver bull run is not to be missed!

I certainly wouldn't sell them all - just as likely they will carry on up as pull back. The only thing I know for sure is that it will move.

The point is I just don't know - so by having say 50 separate tranches (lower down), I can sell and buy as it goes up and own. Blindly if you like, but (I like to think) with a little guided information - be it charts, news, fundamentals, whatever. But it makes little sense to me to have as many at 500 as at 900. If it goes to 1000, I'll have fewer again. To 700, more. Etc etc. As posted with my mate back in May, I'm quite open about it and for me it works - you just need a volatile, fundamentally sound business. In many way, it is better (with this approach) if it just goes up and down, but ultimately nowhere.

But there we go - eric's buying here, you're selling, I'm doing both; we have a market...

Good move now imastu, I have just sold today too at 900p. Still a massive bull here, but it has come a long way very quickly and historically there is a lot of resistance at this level. Also expect a temporary pull back in gold and silver soon, before the next uplift.

Will come back in a month or so. After playing some of the beta stocks that look tempting again.

Funds, I guess. They're happy to ignore at 600, but wade in at 1000. Someone else's money 'n all that.

Go figure...

(Incidentally, to be clear, I was selling at 898, my holding is gradually going down - buy low sell high; as I understand it, that's the thing to do in this shares lark. I held way more at 500-odd than I do now, but still hold a lot.)

Yeah. Gold and major indices related stocks probably the way to go for profits.
Question though would be, apart from me and you, who would be buying at this level *(897)

Yes, another day being strong relative to the market. How things change.

Managed 898 for a small tranche - just felt I should while I could...
