Company in really good shape- only concern is whether they need to come back and raise more money (given the speed of acquisitions), however see this team adding value over the medium term. Have looked at the Board- good executive team, Richard F as CEO is particularly good, good NED team with Chris Mills (hardly independent) and an impressive Chairman. Wish I had bought more! Got FTSE 250 written all over it within 5 years

Yes its clearly in very safe hands, the acquisition sounds sensible and well structured, there is scope for this company to grow and grow, certainly from an investment point of view, consistently buying should reward nicely in the coming years.

Good niche acquisition today- company continues to perform. One heck of a turnaround since they changed the Board (new Chairman who is "City Savvy", new CFO who is clearly competent, and the great Chris Mills). I have been a consistent buyer over the past 12 months and see no reason to stop now- this is a quality stock (an the gains I have made almost outweigh my losses on my flipping stupid Baillie Gifford China shares!).

Its certainly looking a more interesting proposition with Chris Mills backing and a very strong balance sheet to exploit add-on acquisitions. Happy to hold.

Final dividend increased from 1.03 to 1.36 pence an increase of 32%. The dividend payout this year overall will be 1.68 on current price of 53 pence that gives a 3.17% dividend.

I have done well with Impax a specialist AUM manager. Also with some very niche companies. Frenkel is an advisor too so different to Impax but hope their progress will be increasingly recognised. Their niche is also growing in importance and recognition so hope will rub off on the Company

Have topped up. Very pleasing results in COVID times. Significant director buying in March/April 2021 showed the confidence in the business. Good to see that ESG and Sharia offerings from Ascencia are being well received. This is a Buy and Build that has gone under the radar.
