Having thought seriously of investing at 30p some time ago and decided not to, I have now bought some at 46.5p and 43p on the strength of these takeover talks.
There has obviously been lots of profit-taking this morning.
If the talks come to nothing, the shares are likely to return to about 35p but I think it is more likely that a deal will be agreed. Fingers crossed !

Well well well it was a suitor sniffing around and insiders taking advantage of the rumours. So now we know. Well I would have thought any decent bid would need to be at least a 30% premium so close to 60p. It would be nice if there were more than one interested party as things progress.

Opened a small position here. I was waiting for Chris Mills to add to his position which he has done modestly, through North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust, so thought this was probably a reasonable time to buy a few.

Strange how they dont talk about the total wealth destruction of the shareholders equity in the interview, not one jot !

Topvest - CM seems to be having an unusually testing time with his investments at the moment with BBA, BBB, FEN and SPO (to name a few) all doing poorly. Having a very negative effect on my portfolio!

This continues to drop. Tempting, but it may be that the wheels are falling off the business and so I will keep watching. They seemed to be having quite a few people leaving in the results update.

Christopher Mills has an interest in c17%. As soon as he buys more that's the signal for me, but not until then!
