Looking at Foxtons website again, they really are the best with new build developments, check some out around Canary Wharf

They are best positioned for when transactions pick up ... top of their field

I'll be adding under 40p if it goes there

Could well drop below 40p today. May well see others selling the new share issue from 40p to bank any profit.

anyway on a more serious note, Foxtons sales are picking up as people sell for less, the reality check is here and transactions are up up up, which is what matters here

11 m sell plus 10 million yesterday's sell - how much more is there left? is seller(s) out - possibly placees at 40p selling out

Down down deeper on down . 70p ? More likely to see 50p IMO .

Ended up 27p and a position to double / treble up from ? Great if you got it right .

Yep decent volume again. Don't take much notice about computer generated guesses on trades, if there was c 75% sells today pretty sure it wouldn't have closed down only 0.4%.

Another big chunk exchanged with two consecutive stand out volume days. That's usually bullish but there still seems to be an absolute barrage of sellers at that key 50p (always peculiar how psychological marks carry significant influence when they shouldn't) so its a wait and see.

A break through 50p and it's clearly game on, but could be fighting the wider market as well as those sellers so more to think about here.

Check out Foxtons website to see just how well positioned they are, lots of properties under offer, lots for sale .. when things take off then this will x5 from here easily
