26/3/2020 14:35 | It's a market top. Nowhere to go without negative rates. | plat hunter
26/3/2020 14:21 | No I meant they will not be frowned upon as negatively as normal due to the extreme situation. I am not here for a trade, looking to build a position in a good company. I try to find destroyed companies that can be invested in and increased on good news. I would agree but was hoping the low from the other day would mark a low especially as the US are moving strongly higher. Also any talk of levelling or dropping C19 numbers in the UK and US as in China and Italy now, would hopefully lead to further share price support. What do you think? tia | srpactive
26/3/2020 14:11 | Of course financials will be looked at it, this is not a get out of jail card event. You'll likely hit your 50p before I get my 18p to be fair, but that's what i would call volatility. I don't trade volatility only fundamentals. | plat hunter
26/3/2020 14:07 | Thank you, fair points The city price many months ahead, why do you not think they will in this situation? tia | srpactive
26/3/2020 14:03 | Already said many times.PE ratio is a staggering 11.7x almost 40% higher than industry average.Sp based on future cashflow (ie the pipeline) then 26p a share. But how much of that pipeline will be lost because of what's going on is a mystery but they certainly won't add to it. Hence why i think 18p is on the cards. | plat hunter
26/3/2020 13:53 | P As I said this year is a right off for most businesses. The link regarding business rates is relevant as is the holdings rns. Where do you envisage foxtons being in six months time regarding sales and share price? | srpactive
26/3/2020 13:49 | You haven't posted anything but links half of which aren't even relevant to what you was saying. You still have no clue of cashflow and earnings are negative. I wish you well but you're being foolish. | plat hunter
26/3/2020 13:34 | P I have posted information relating to foxtons the financials also, the business as most business in the UK and the world will suffer, but it is just looking through and investing in the one's I feel will pull through. With the government assistance with wages and business rates along with £21m in the bank rns and a further £5m raised and a very good position in their industry I again think they will, could be wrong. Regarding chart technicals the first sign of a reversal and I see them challenging 50p as past support becoming resistance, after that then reassess. As I have said you are short so no point having an argument as I also said in one of my first posts all posters say what they want negative or positive which I feel is good, nothing better for a long to have a short keeping them in check and grounded. And as they say shorters are far more intelligent than longs so I will not attempt to argue. Up further. dyor all. | srpactive
26/3/2020 13:16 | And we rise again, your short, I am long, I think I will leave it at that. | srpactive

26/3/2020 12:16 | "This has been forwarded to me by the BOE"Of course it has... Ibetween all the policy meetings and trade dinners they often take time out to forward random web links from other unassociated organisations, to nut jobs on the internet. | plat hunter |
