No that was 1987, silly person.

Double negative is a positive, wrong again people did not
want property in 1980 due to the UK crisis after the lefties and
Liberals messed it up.

P

1980 was when my family loaded up on property, when nobody wanted it,
now the same here, I have loaded up again in the King of the property hot
spot of the world.

Inflation erodes the purchasing power of the currency.. You won't be able to afford the mortgage. Then what do you do after your offer period expires and your interest payments 10 bag over night.Take a look at the 80's when the base rate spiked. Betting on Foxtons now, is a long on negative rates.

A half mill loan with high inflation becomes nothing quickly

This is not the 80s idiot, they are pumping so much money in so you take it and invest it in property and the stockmarket, where do you think it's going to go all this QE!!

No the only time you borrow money is if your are in a market with
inflation, as the asset increases in value.

Topaz you thicko...Inflation is bad for property you goon.. hence why we have a property bubble and un affordable housing after years of falling and record low interest rates.Inflation erodes the value of debt and increase the cost of living that means fewer house sales and falling rental yields.Do you even understand the very basics of economics?

I hope you are grabbing these while you can at these levels, I got back in this morning

Plat, you really have very low IQ ----> Inflation is good for property as it becomes a hedge and cash turns into trash and debt disappears as inflation eats it up, so you need to be in quality hard assets ....

and London property is one of the safe havens of the world

Buy Bitcoin too and ARB (listed in London)

And its starting, the only question I have really is who will be owning
Foxton's in a few months the Russians, Chinese or the US?

Edit

Bid and offer rising higher than marked, a push higher due I feel, it would
be nice if we could reclaim a price in the 40's for starters.
