07/11/2017 13:01 | From what I can gather that buyer on the order board keeps reloading in small increments . | nortic 007
07/11/2017 13:00 | Its true. Foxtons un-fortunately have had their day, its rare once things start to corrode, that they ever get turned around. Hence Target 40p. Will switch then for the Dead FOX bounce. | the egregore
07/11/2017 12:56 | A can't disagree with your decoding comment .It's like when they describe a house that needs a bit of TLC......code for the place is falling apart. | nortic 007
07/11/2017 12:56 | Gone SHORT on this one. Will Tumble down to new lows after the recent DEAD CAT BOUNCE. Too many new kids on the Housing/renting/Buyi A once thriving Estate Agents, now its on its nose dive down. Who uses Foxtons in London now.? Answer not many. OK? | the egregore
07/11/2017 12:44 | Are people still buying this Busted Flush? More profit warnings to come with this one. Property Market is down the Tubes and Foxtons business model is outdated. Be 40p soon. I might buy a few then for a small dead cat bounce.OK? | the egregore

07/11/2017 10:15 | I've just unfiltered you because I've been watching DC. for the last 30p downward tick. I then saw your name come up this morning on DC. and then on FOXT around the same time and thought you might be giving it the large one and low and behold I was correct. If you recall UA I bought 190/- ( average 178 ish but please check my posts)DC. and I sold my last 50/- at 194 and change and then invested in TSCO. I made just under 30k on that trade so can you please tell me who's the mug.If everyone would like to check my posts in DC. then you will see that once again I tell the truth. You my dear boy are someone who flicks a coin and calls heads and when it eventually comes up after seeing nine tails in a row then says "I was right"....... pathetic.I made my money in it and if you had followed me you would have done the same.Plus you also go under the name of weemonkey which is really very sad.Once again you've been caught out my old China.I will give you the right to reply because I'm looking forward to your lame answer and the you shall once again be sent to room 101.I warned you not to take me on.... | nortic 007

06/11/2017 12:16 | Could be but 77 is a ceiling they'll have to break through first and that requires the big guns to come back in and mop up stock. | nortic 007

06/11/2017 12:12 | Stable here, probably base building for a leg higher over the weeks ahead. | ny boy
06/11/2017 10:49 | hillofwad, Yes a poor article that, almost unbelievable that it was from The Times! The ignoring of all the backup work the agent may have to go though to achieve a sale, or receive no payment whatsoever! was clearly a major hole in his argument. I think eventually some agents will offer both services, it makes sense in my view. So a commission based full service or a pay upfront scaled back service, but with people that are experienced at getting a sale across the line when bumps appear in the road. | andy
06/11/2017 10:31 | The Times no friend to Foxtons despite the amount they spend on advertising which probably accounts for Brick's rise today | hillofwad
06/11/2017 10:09 | Still a descent size seller at the 77 level but as yet they are not taking down. No buy or sell orders to talk about at these currents level.Tumbleweed type of day. | nortic 007
