Nice to see my Short moving firmly into profit. Long way to fall yet a good 33p. Will close at 40p.

Foxtons are one of the laggards, Property market much more dynamic now. Its not the late 90s anymore. Foxtons need making aware of this.

I guess they have been told. They are the last company one would go to if Letting, selling or wishing to raise a mortgage on a London property.

I see Ny Boy once more finds himself out of pocket on a trade. More of your pocket money to lose yet.OK?

Should see this sub 65p tomorrow, 60p by Friday.OK?

I heard Foxtons are planning to fight back with some creative changes that could win business back, I wouldn’t write them off just yet!

Also let’s see what the Budget brings later this month.

yes Foxtons are due to sell less profitable branches. Waiting for budget news for the next share price big push to break the £1 mark.

I expect some estate agents will be forced to go down the PURP route, in fact it could be beneficial as they earn before they actually do any work!

I see a conflict with the PURP idea, once the funds are in there is little incentive to achieve a sale. If the market slows I can see that getting some bad press eventually.

If I were an agent I would offer both levels of service, fixed advance fee and commission based, and let people choose for themselves.

Find it very difficult to understand why this company cannot recalibrate itself more to the Purp. business model throughout London, has the structure by which it can do this, and close its weaker branches as the process evolves, has the profile and the brand to achieve this!

Its true. Foxtons un-fortunately have had their day, its rare once things start to corrode, that they ever get turned around.

Hence Target 40p. Will switch then for the Dead FOX bounce.
