Not really too bothered about the fundamentals this is sentiment and momentum play - Miri released an rns just mentioning Microsoft no info on the financial benefits to Miri - so try to understand a traders mind - it’s all over fintwit this is a simple trade over the coming weeks buying dips and exiting
at a profit..

*Approx Mcap: £38.5m
*Order Book: Eur 114m (over 3 years) from two developers in Balkans
*New factory built - with first payments from orders expected late Q3
*Additional future visibility of revenues from:
- licencing agreement from a UK company
- letter of intent with a Spanish property developer
- negotiations with other parties in Latin America and Africa

Difficult to assess properly as details are scant, especially on costs or contracts. Looks decent on first glance but need more info and always risk heightened by nature of the current territories in which they operate.

The market cap of the new company at 1p is GBP38.5m. At 2p it's GBP77m. "On re-admission to AIM the share capital of the enlarged Group will comprise 70,070,080 ordinary shares of 1p per ordinary share, with a market capitalisation of approximately £38.5 million."If you pay higher, and hold after the RTO for a long time hoping you get a payout from Kosovo (lol) good luck with that!!It is a new start up (look at company's house) No trading history and GBP2.7m cash.

With a market cap of £6m v claim of £200m to be ring fenced it's seems feasible that the share price should be a little higher🤔

On a toxicity scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is the least toxic FOX's ranking (imo) is probably at 9.5. However if claim is upheld and paid then massive potential upside for holders of the old FOX. But I am not a betting man.
Very deep pocketed gamblers only.
