Great response. Conversely, I'm not making any assertions. I don't claim at all that this new direction will be successful, but what I am saying is this is giving Fox shareholders a genuine chance to make some of our their money back. I believe the business commitments that Eco brings are legitimate or they would never have cleared the regulator and the chances to execute on that business have been enhanced by bringing in an new board and management team. I also know a bit about the level of demand generally for modular housing of different types all over the developed and developing world. I only had a small holding in Fox into the suspension mainly for the litigation lottery ticket, but this new merged business seems a pretty attractive risk-reward proposition, at least thus far.

kemche - ""Barry", "John", "St Albans"?

Sounds intriguing, but not much for me to go on.

Go on Barry. Tantrum and fists.

No change whatsoever. This will go the same way as ALL your other plays.

And that's up. Not down. Up.

You haven't answered the question:

"What regulator do you imagine you have cleared"?

Seriously? So you're going to double down on your implication that the legacy Fox management are reversing in a business for 30m by just making up contracts and factory assets and 3-yr revenue forecasts, etc, presenting them to their NOMAD and Tavira, both of whom just accepted them as gospel with no oversight whatsoever, and then Tavira went out and raised £2.75m in the worst market for small/mid cap new issues in the UK pretty much ever, from several highly respected institutions and HNWs who likewise just accepted everything they were told without any due diligence either. And after all that looking the other way by professionals whose job it is to do precisely the opposite, you are alleging that AIM would not ask a single question as to why they haven't, and instead just welcome the NEWCO back onto market. jeez. It's the equivalent of dribbling into your bib. Go away and take your mindless anger with you.

Put a single sentence together that has even a touch of internal logic (other than 'I'm really mad and that makes whatever comes next valid!!!!!') and we can talk. Until then, take a pill

Pretty sure it's the latter.

Of course, that's the basis of all your genius 'commentary', EC, isn't it? Just vent your spleen of gibberish and then assert management malfeasance as the basis for your 'thinking'. simple if you yourself are corrupt I guess

oooof, huh? legacy shareholders have gone from owning 100% of a friendless company at 1p whose shares hardly traded day-to-day, to roughly 10% of a small, vertically integrated building materials company with E114m of business to execute on over the next 3 years which will include acting as a significant customer for Fox's marble. Lucky so far

"management must also be lying"; hardly a stretch, for those familiar with the history of this business.

to follow your logic and your brilliance from september, then I guess Redfern didn't put millions into the business already and management must also be lying about having E114m of business in hand from 2 customers over the next 3 years, not to mention the potential for more orders to come. got it

My post from September last year still holds good, although they obviously couldn't find enough suckers to raise the £10m, since that has fallen to £2.72m now.

Comedy show is right - paying £30m for a newly incorporated business with £1k capital!

Well, it's not really £30m, however, since the purchase is being paid for with FOX shares, which are pretty much worthless. So it's one worthless company acquiring another worthless company but dressing it up to look like a £30m transaction.

The big question is, will they find enough fools to support the £10m placing, which involves real money? echoridge surely can't do it on his own.

Fox shareholders are invested in a Company whose assets are in Kosovo, pug. I think they're likely to be pretty comfortable with guaranteed contracts in Albania. As for a litigation update, I'm sure we'll get something in due course, but that's a lottery ticket anyway. The quality of the new modular home building business and management's ability to execute are way more important to the share's return potential for the foreseeable future.

Albania- If such a great county why are so many trying to reach England in the "death trap little boats"?

Also not a word about the claims against Kosovo -

I got quite excited and thought it was the massive claim . A little disappointed . 195 million would have made my day . What will come first ? fox making a profit or 195 million payout or all of us dying of old age . I am assuming some people are 20 ! i bet the latter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
