11/4/2022 11:36 | sorry, pug, I'm not. This Eco has substantial paid-in capital, backed by Redfern which of course now includes the £400k announced this morning. Keep digging | echoridge
11/4/2022 10:38 | GB - he's actually a 30% holder as of 4 April. 25% transferred to Linden Holdings Ltd and 25% to someone called Genard Kadiu. | effortless cool
11/4/2022 10:32 | GB . Cynic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | pugugly
11/4/2022 10:23 | Good I'll etrur Albani. 80 per cent holder. Medical cannabis. Telecoms. Marble and now eco homes. Zenovo. No end to the man's talents. ;) | glennborthwick
11/4/2022 10:15 | echoridge- I think you may be looking at the wrong ECO This one only has £1,000 of capital and was only established last November ECO BUILDINGS GROUP LTD Company number 13774419 As the rns says they will design etc - not that they are building etc. | pugugly
11/4/2022 09:05 | pug - I'm not sure I understand your question. Eco builds cheap, environmentally friendly housing. They are reversing into Fox Marble, which quarries marble, a product which is used in homes. Do you think that now, as part of the same group, that Eco won't be specifically directed to use Fox product as often and as widely as possible??? danmar - why do you assume ECO is somehow a UK-focused business? Calm down and do a bit of research first...... | echoridge
11/4/2022 08:38 | Mining marble in Eastern Europe to building modular houses in the UK? Madness | danmart2
11/4/2022 08:35 | echoridge -Where did you find the "preferred supplier bit" So far as the Companies House data goes could not find any indications that ECO has any expertise in this new area. | pugugly
11/4/2022 08:24 | This offers a pretty exciting potential off-ramp for Fox shareholders. Redfern is indeed a heavyweight to start with. Beyond that we are now a preferred supplier within a potentially (they clearly have to raise a lot more dough first) massively expanded group - both in financial AND operating scale - that is part of a rapidly growing industry that is largely recession-proof over the next decade. | echoridge
11/4/2022 08:06 | Rinse and repeat. | glennborthwick
11/4/2022 08:05 | So Dominic Redfern - Used to be a major shareholder (from memory0 but not currently listed on the fox site - and Albani a 5.38% Fox shareholder are the listed directors of the new company Intereting times - I wonder what Andy Muir the currently listed major shareholder has had to say about this change? | pugugly
11/4/2022 07:36 | The marble scam has run its course; now it's time for the housing scam! | expletive deleted
09/3/2022 20:09 | Stone Alliance LLC project announced following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Kosovo Government Perhaps someone with time on their hands might like to add up all the proposed orders and values reported over the last 5 years and the reality of the total sales achieved . To show my appreciation i will give them 2 Mars bars .( if demanded ) | haroldthegreat
09/3/2022 19:48 | Well it appears to have one firm order so in a few months will look forward to a rns "shipped and payment received". When they announce a second order and payment , the first of many suggested in the rns we might believe the situation has improved .The real information we need is the profit made . The question is will I live to see it ? They say the quarries have opened the question is at all the ones they said they owned and assorted posters said they didn't . What has happened to the legal cases in the meantime . Perhaps someone close to the company might like to comment . I still hold the shares but will they buy me a Mars Bar ? No doubt the salaries being drawn will buy many squillions of them . It used to be Buddy will you lend me a dime I will settle for 2 Mars bars . What happened to all the bodies being set up announced in many rns . Gone the way of the profits ? | haroldthegreat
09/3/2022 10:15 | At least still alive and a few sales being advised but still appears to be in death's waiting room. | pugugly
05/1/2022 13:27 | They have died of boredom . Even the share bashers have given up . i keep the shares to remind me how i was suckered in at their presentations . keep away from presentations post covid and you will save money by not buying great investments like this . | haroldthegreat
16/12/2021 09:11 | Very quiet here - Will the last PI to sell please switch off the lights. | pugugly
03/11/2021 10:57 | Turnover is vanity,profit is sanity ! | haroldthegreat
03/11/2021 10:47 | Missed rns of 1/11 . Sold something ! What was the net profit on the order though ? | haroldthegreat
03/11/2021 10:44 | Signed another agreement but I'll be more impressed when they announce a large first order ! Total estimated orders about the turnover of 2 small local newsagents in a local parade . For the price of a daily paper you will need about 60 fox shares . The net profit is more relevant but we will not know the profits till the next results .I Will I live to see the shares rise to 2p ? Will I be alive to see a payment from the court case ? | haroldthegreat
26/10/2021 14:24 | no just looked at the half year figures . i admit it could drive you to drink ,but i do not drink ! | haroldthegreat
26/10/2021 13:07 | You been at the sherry this morning, Harold? | effortless cool
26/10/2021 13:04 | Forget PHARMACY the average newsagent will turnover more and make a profit ! | haroldthegreat
15/10/2021 10:24 | "Cutting and finishing marble must use a lot of electricity" Not really. | glavey |
