30/4/2023 16:53 | More lies, echoridge, you just can't help yourself, can you? So FOX's placing costs are 30.2% or 25.9% of the £2.7m being raised, depending on which of the two figures they provide you believe. echoridge claims this is "standard". But try looking at any other AIM placing and you will find it is far from standard. Let's take SRT, for example, an AIM-listed company that raised £4.9m in a placing in March 2022. The cash flow statement shows: Gross proceeds on issue of shares : £4,919,130 Cost of issue of shares : (£266,828) So the placing costs were 5.4% of the amount raised. Unlike the FOX costs, this is actually a pretty standard level of costs for an AIM-placing. The costs being paid by FOX are ludicrous. | effortless cool
30/4/2023 16:06 | Why don't you answer that all important question of why you're just a multi-id Pa_kistani fa44ot on a trolling mission across Advfn for a secret rendezvous with likeminded individuals Kemche? | one_frankel

30/4/2023 15:15 | So Kemche, you are just the resident multi-id Pa_kistani fa44ot troll who's just on a mission across Advfn for a secret rendezvous with likeminded individuals then? | one_frankel
30/4/2023 15:15 | echoridge, it is clearly you that have no idea. Who do you think is taking that £816k, then? And do you understand that it is over 25% of the funds raised? | effortless cool
30/4/2023 15:12 | So Kemche, you are the resident Pa_kistani fa44ot troll who's just on a mission across Advfn for a secret rendezvous with likeminded individuals then? | one_frankel
30/4/2023 15:06 | Barry, when do you forecast the next fundraiser to be? | kemche
30/4/2023 15:04 | omg. do u have any idea who gets 'admission-related costs'? stop digging you phoney....unless of course you want to get back to something actually relevant like how do you have the unmitigated shamelessness to just assert that E114m in confirmed orders are actually bogus but can pass through the NOMAD, Tavira, the AIM board and a half dozen sophisticated investors in the course of reversing the business into FOX? Because you're really, really angry you lost money so that somehow inoculates you against making sht up?? | echoridge
30/4/2023 14:55 | From page 13: Gross proceeds of the Placing £2.7m Estimated net proceeds of the Placing £2.0m | effortless cool
30/4/2023 14:53 | 3. An adjustment has been made to reflect the proceeds of the Fundraising of 4,946,313 new Ordinary Shares of the Company at an Issue Price of £0.55 per Ordinary Share less an adjustment to reflect the payment in cash of Admission-related costs estimated at approximately £816 thousand exclusive of any non-recoverable sales taxes. | effortless cool
30/4/2023 14:52 | Budddyyyyy!!!! | kemche
30/4/2023 14:51 | Kemche, are you really the resident Pa_kistani fa44ot troll on a mission across Advfn for a secret rendezvous with likeminded individuals? | one_frankel
30/4/2023 14:45 | Give it up Barry. You're just embarrassing yourself now. Not that that will stop you. Viridian and rhino next? | kemche
30/4/2023 14:32 | meantime, the NOMAD's 60k or thereabouts is of course ample compensation for its directors to risk significant, personal financial liability and possibly worse, in order to cover for the kind of malfeasance you're so blithely alleging. At least in your fever dreams it is. For any other sentient creature, I would think assuming there has been and will be thorough vetting of any NEWCO's key financial claims would be just a teeny bit more likely. crickey, what a muppet | echoridge
30/4/2023 14:24 | Forgot to highlight this beauty: '....and your company's advisors are skimming over a quarter of the funds raised in fees...' You must really have deep knowledge of markets to share that little ditty. I'm sure the heads of Peel Hunt or Shore Cap will be excited to learn that their cap raising/advisory fees just shot up from 3-5% to 25% bc some dipsht on a message board needed to lie in order not to answer for embarrassing other lies he'd just told. Why do bitter, angry phonies (partial answer, I know) like you go so quickly to making sht up rather than sitting down and reading a book or something? | echoridge
30/4/2023 14:16 | Conversely, I'm not making any assertions. I don't claim at all that this new direction will be successful, but what I am saying is this is giving Fox shareholders a genuine chance to make some of our their money back. I believe the business commitments that Eco brings are legitimate or they would never have cleared the regulator and the chances to execute on that business have been enhanced by bringing in an new board and management team. I also know a bit about the level of demand generally for modular housing of different types all over the developed and developing world. I only had a small holding in Fox into the suspension mainly for the litigation lottery ticket, but this new merged business seems a pretty attractive risk-reward proposition, at least thus far. | echoridge
30/4/2023 14:15 | .....No they haven't and no they don't. Just more lies.....' cancel your account, you brainless fraud. | echoridge
30/4/2023 14:10 | "Beyond that there are AIM regulators with direct oversight responsibility as well who sign off on consequential published information". No they haven't and no they don't. Just more lies. Oh, and your company's advisors are skimming over a quarter of the funds raised in fees, so they are certainly making sure this is worth their while. And what's with your new proposed CEO? He seems to have spent the last seven years working in his own one-man-band, absolutely minuscule, consulting company. Quite the catch. | effortless cool
30/4/2023 13:54 | Why do 'debates' with blindly angry 'people' like you always seem to devolve into endless arguments about ever more trivial matters, thus crowding out your having to answer substantive questions about valuation, business opportunities, execution risks, etc. Oh wait...I just answered my own question. | echoridge
30/4/2023 13:48 | genuinely effortful, what in the name of aggravated nonsense are you even attempting to say? The Company's broker and NOMAD constitute a formal, rules-based part of the oversight-regulatory requirement for the Company. As just one, simple, example, if the contracts FOX-ECO are claiming in this RNS and the subsequent published documents are found to be falsified, or in any way purposefully misleading, not only is the NOMAD financially liable, but the firm's senior management as individuals are potentially financially (and possibly criminally) exposed on a statutory basis. Beyond that there are AIM regulators with direct oversight responsibility as well who sign off on consequential published information. And once again, the investors themselves are an impressive list of professionals, including several institutions, that will have - as they always do - done their own due diligence. What more clearance do you need in the matrix you seem to live in? | echoridge
30/4/2023 13:33 | echoridge, no part of this deal has cleared any regulator. But then, I suspect you actually know that, in spite of making the false assertation repeatedly. | effortless cool
30/4/2023 13:27 | Barry, is there anything at all that you are not an expert on/of? All this does is give the trapped shareholders a final escape. And let me be the first to say that there will NOT be another fundraising within six months. | kemche |
