Well done getting the placing away at 1.6p - Not for widows and orphans!!!

The litigation funders - I wonder what interest rate they are charging which they only get paid if litigation is successful? After Denton's fees and the LF's fees I wonder how much will be left for FOX.

Only thing (usually certain) in this area is that the lawyers get the first cut of everything.

czar that 99% argument is just nonsense, sorry but it really is.

Dentons say themselves "in most instances, a third party (such as a litigation funding company) pays a litigant’s attorneys’ fees and other costs in exchange for an interest in the outcome of the lawsuit"

No one will take this case on on that basis.

The case is therefore weak. They have not got litigation funding through a third party.

Chris has decided not to tell us if Denton's are self-funding any of the case. It seems not to me "The Placing (as defined below), the Litigation Fund and the fee arrangement with Dentons are collectively expected to cover all costs"

On 4 September 2019 Fox Marble launched United National Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) arbitration proceedings, against the Republic of Kosovo for damages in excess of EUR195 million, as a result of the failure of the State to protect Fox Marble's rights over the Maleshevë quarry.

Chris Gilbert, CEO commented : "I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dentons Europe CS LLP to represent us in legal proceedings against the Republic of Kosovo. Dentons is the largest law firm in the world by number of lawyers and the 6(th) largest by revenues ($2.3bn).

Dentons would not take this on unless there is a 99% chance of winning and this claim is for 30x the entire market cap of Fox, 60p a share!
