24/2/2021 12:22 | Read the paragraph of the last rns from fox about the dispute and arbitration. It's not no fee. The articles on the websites are Mis representing it. They have got 500k from shareholders toHelp fund it as the shareholders probably know its their last shot and all their investment in fox goes if it goes bust. Let's face it a local corner shop turns over more than this lot. | glennborthwick
24/2/2021 12:16 | Also in that article see post 1171 is this: Fox is claiming for damages of more than €195m to compensate for the cost of its development of the quarry and lost revenues. Significantly, the company has secured a no-win no-fee agreement with Denton’s and it has concluded a £1.05m fundraise to cover all costs that might be incurred in the course of the arbitration process. Fox’s cash balance as at 15 September 2020 was €0.47m, and net debt for 2019 was €2.5m Total Market Solutions are also reporting a no win no fee arrangement? | chezt
24/2/2021 07:43 | All the best with getting the Kosovo government to pay up | danmart2
24/2/2021 07:34 | Why does that article spout nonsense about no fee for legal case when the rns clearly states a litigation funding agreement. | glennborthwick
24/2/2021 07:29 | This could really be Fantastic for Mr #FOX"...With a current market cap of around £6m @FoxMarblePLC is claiming for damages of more than 195m to compensate for the cost of its development of the quarry and lost revenues..."https://to | burtond1
23/2/2021 17:28 | If you think a govt are going to pay out when they know that fox are going to run out of money you are mad. | glennborthwick
23/2/2021 17:20 | With €195m claimed and aiming for a settlement out of court of maybe€10m? still a good deal for I hope low premium on the bond. | donaferentes
23/2/2021 16:04 | ...plus 1M placing making potentially 1.5M litigation costs | wolstencroft
19/2/2021 16:48 | They haven't taken it on a no fee basis. Read 16/12 announcement. Commitments if 500k litigation funds from private investors. Denying have agreed a few arrangemen lt. nowhere does it say it's free. | glennborthwick
19/2/2021 15:41 | I would say the chance of Dentons winning are good. Otherwise why take it on, on a no win no fee basis? | chezt
