Agree, SS is a tech guy not a marketing king.

The biggest disappointment is how bad the marketing team has been. It seems to be improving though, here's hoping for serious progress, it's only been a year-ish since IM joined.

At least an update on the sports pilot.

Not sure what happened to the blackbird twitter page, maybe they decided it wasn't really relevant as all the news is posted on the forbiddentech feed anyway.

But then again who knows, just like that site that they set up, was is paper?something that linked to other news, What happened to that? what happened to the weekly blog or thought leadership, why does Stephen still link to a clesh.com website on twitter, why do they still run the onlinevideoeditor website, what going on with Eva ?

It's just a trail of unfinished or redundant projects?

IM should be going around and putting a stop to these flash in the pan ideas and getting the staff to focus.

Anyway, that's my moan for the day.

I wish it worked like that, the entire FBT site was down for days before, just because someone messed up the update.

Put it this way, I was trying to promote Forscene for a while and setup a social account to tweet and post on reddit simultaneously. FBT could do the same but they are too incompetent. All they need is hootsuite or similar, the professional version is €19 a month.

My suggestion, do not try and apply logic to FBT. When Aldous Huxley spoke of Epsilon-minus semi-moron's, no doubt companies like FBT helped form the hypothesis of his concept.

Something has ti be going on about Blackbirdvideo name/Twitter account removal. The Forscene page used to say: follow Blackbirdcloud. Just checked, see current header text spelling mistake (?) and all? ”This page is inactive. I'm is desperate to succeed at fbt. SS typically seems to do what he perceives to be the decent thing. Main may be trying to justify his continued presence in fbt.

I worked for a small company many years ago as a principal engineer. The CEO and CMO decided that they should go for the product qualification testing with the CTO instead of me. Massive waste of money shortly before the company ran out of finances and stopped paying salaries.

I wonder will the FBT team be flying business class to Australia? How many days will be spent on the journey to Australia? Day to recover from flight both ways... I hope they know what they're doing.

It's a small office unit in the middle of nowhere in a town an hour drive from Toronto.
