13/1/2019 18:40 | Which way is the share price gna go tmrwAnd this week in generalHow many pennies we looking at? | advfn137
13/1/2019 17:57 | 75% is 75% and is enough and it will be a formality the alternative is bankruptcy as no doubt the Court will realise let us wait and see what Tinkler has in mind - probably wants to be cut in on the action as it was his idea after all | phillis
13/1/2019 17:55 | I really think the 1p offer is a dead duck. One thing no-one has paid any attention to is that even if by some miracle 75% of those voting, vote in favour of the offer, the High Court still has to approve the Scheme of Arrangement. Normally this is little more than a formality but it wouldn't be in this case. I think there would be enough dissenting shareholders to make the court approval a significant hurdle in itself. Anyway starting tomorrow we will see the new shareholders declare their hands and if we are lucky their intentions. | danny baker
13/1/2019 17:13 | Re Typo56 … read Sun Tzu____ Art of War | togglebrush
13/1/2019 16:31 | What's Tinkler's game then? Could just be a quick trade at the expense of the gamblers? Why else let it be known you've picked up 10%? | typo56
13/1/2019 16:30 | Assuming the deal goes through, if you don't sell you'll receive 1p per share, whether you like it or not. | typo56
13/1/2019 16:23 | If we didnt sell what would happen. Would we get 1p share cheque through the post.Or a transfer of these shares we hold to 1p share allocation in the 'new company | advfn137

13/1/2019 12:41 | Minerve well said .we have to get best price over 1p and if MrT involvement sends share price up then that can only be good for us , limited time to trade and exit and move on .. | daler1966
13/1/2019 12:31 | Remember, no one cares what this share 'owes you'. I personally think thinking that way is detrimental to investing. I actually don't compare current value to my cost price at all. I hide my cost column and refrain from looking at it. I think it can distort your behaviour too much. Look at the value you have now and what you think it will do in the future. If the future looks bleak then sell, forget the cost, it is irrelevant. | minerve
13/1/2019 12:27 | advfn137 My advice would be to sell for as high above 1P as you can get as soon as you can. I wouldn't wait for news. Accept the 'investment' failed. Take the loss and move on. Don't look back other than to learn from your experience. 2p or 3p is better than 1p. IMO & DYOR | minerve
13/1/2019 12:23 | Any long termers still holding Your thoughts aims and goals on this now? | advfn137

13/1/2019 07:19 | Totally agree the board should provide forecasts and evidence And clarity the 1p offer is in the best interest of investors etc etc, | bray2
13/1/2019 06:20 | In terms of the viability of FlyBe if not sold off for a pittance:1. The price of oil has been heading down again.2. It would be sensible for any vote on the deal to be deferred until the Brexit situation is final. If Brexit doesn't happen or even just looks like it might not happen or will be delayed the pound should jump back up which would certainly help operating costs.(Remembering that the above plus some market softness are apparently why we are in trouble despite big improvement in load factor). | jim digriz
13/1/2019 00:34 | What collective wisdom or naivety made this bounce 500% in the first 45 mins, is the anomaly here, with all due respect, the average aim investor could not have as one dissected and defined the rns over cornflakes period, as the 48hrs of bewildered posts demonstrate, then made the same conclusion and engaged a buying master plan by 8am, the rns said 1p, even aim gamblers would be pushing their bounce criteria with that 7am statement, That leaves those that need a mere 30 mins to have a deep and unfaltering understanding of what was presented, | dubian99
13/1/2019 00:31 | Take a look at Eidde Stobards (ESL) Over £1 million reported trades late Friday ! Buy or sell ? Could this of been mr T ? | kierandoberman
