11/1/2019 15:49 | If the shareholders don't pass the vote the company will go into liquidation, and the liquidator will accept the current offer as it preserves jobs and pays suppliers. Scheme would be court approved almost immediately. The only difference is that shareholders will get 0p rather than 1p. The share price today has been a fantastic opportunity for holders as at last night's close to get out at a much reduced loss. | hpcg

11/1/2019 15:38 | The offer today was 20m cash to allow Flybe to keep trading 2.2m for its shareholders and 50m after the deal so the value they place on Flybe was 72.2m but investors are paying to keep the company afloat in the future and are frozen out. | bray2
11/1/2019 15:33 | VWAP at 3.27p when offer is 1p. I guess some will learn a big lesson next week. Mind you people who bought sub 2.0p must have creamed it if they are wise to sell. | bigtune888

11/1/2019 15:30 | good to see the board of directors building shareholder value here ... they should all be shot at dawn ! m | maurillac
11/1/2019 15:28 | well played by MMS selling shares worth 1p to punter at 4.0p with volume too. Most probably we should see 1p next week. I suspect many chancers buying at 4.0p realise there's no much gas left in the tank. But you have to appreciate nicely played. MMS have transferred all IIs shares to crazy gamblers. Most probably sub 3.0p close today then 1p very likely next week. Bidders are putting a lot of money to save the company. It's the slots that matters. | bigtune888
11/1/2019 15:27 | Arbitrage isn't a gamble but it isn't guaranteed profit business because they generally take a position that the event will or will not take place. Nothing is certain until it is done. | minerve
11/1/2019 15:25 | lol Arbs don't gamble on new bids. The whole point of an arb is that it's NOT a gamble! investopedia.com/ter | eezymunny

11/1/2019 15:10 | Huge volume. Instis dumping to idiotic PI's, who then vote the deal down and lose 100%? Or stake-building by someone serious? I go for the former. I reckon 1p was generous.... | eezymunny
