There should be some free trading platforms out there that provide this level of information...at least in partial If your current trading platform doesn't, have a quick look to see if these perks are hidden behind a membership upgrade. |
Thanks vraetorian. I really appreciate your posts focusing on these fundamentals. Can I ask where you obtain this kind of data? I am extremely focused on this stocks performance and all data sources are helpful to me. |
It makes me wonder why the Analysts are forecasting a -0.47 EPS for Q3 (Nov 11th, before Open) Perhaps they'll cover this next Wednesday(Sept 25th) May be attributed to the recent acquisitions... unless I'm missing some huge mishap.
That said, the Q4 numbers are looking quite good with a 2.65(Q4'24). The highest Quarter estimates we've seen in the last 4 years. Overall, this year will be almost as good as 2020 in terms of return on investments with 2025 estimated to blow it out of the water. |
Agreed Whitehouse… The difference in the hold % in NY between Fanduel and the rest of the market this week is staggering. Share price on the charge in the US over last 2 hours. |

Another underdog victory in the NFL last night… all short term stuff to some extent but the hold rate from Week 2 of their season should be crazy high. We just need Man City to start losing … oh hang on… I support Man City. |
Playtech's Snaitech deal seems imminent "could be valued at 2 billion pounds sterling under the deal. " |

You’ll see 300 targets by December |
It would be surprising if they could get licensed in all the states needed as well as come up with the cash by the end of the year. From what I've read, navigating all the requirements to become state licensed operators is a complex task. Fox would also need to keep out of legal troubles until then.
In other news: "Flutter Entertainment has revealed its global handle for the Paris 2024 summer Olympic Games more than tripled from the last edition of the Games."
[And]
"Flutter Entertainment Initiated at Overweight by Barclays (12:18 GMT) Flutter Entertainment Price Target Announced at $263.00/Share by Barclays" - Which is a bit funny since they recently increased their holdings in Flutter. This also being the highest price target I've read so far |
Or get back into a great ride |
Perhaps Fox will go through the motions of getting licensed and then do a deal to sell the equity back to Flutter for a profit. They probably think they can make 2 billion out of this play. |
dilution for sure . Agreed |
Surely Fox potentially exercising this right is negative news. Can’t Flutter raise capital at a better price by simply issuing new shares? Seems to materially dilute existing shareholders but perhaps I am misunderstanding?
Ps thanks vraetorian (excuse spelling) for previous Barclays info. |
fox are simply business people looking to exercise at the option price. they need to be a licensed operator in a state, is that enough. time will tell yet as fan duel and flutter keep growing, they will attract international operators more and more. |
