On top of the last insider leak this is just too ridiculous for words. Someone needs locking up that's for sure.

CEO is clearly out of his depth and the company will be taken off him for nothing. It's probably being shorted for that purpose. News needed pronto!

Chugged nicely lower than their mooted 20-odd million (on a <5£mil mcap) fundraise...

Nice summary, they clearly were forced into a position releasing to the market but I think a neutral investor will be able to recognise massive value here...........

entropy22, sounds sensible, Flow Energy is wanted by others though and a sale will probably come down to the price offered (obvious i know)..

A sale of all assets held may equate to 5/6/7/8 p per share??...and i can bet the bigger shareholders will hold that into consideration before any fund raise is signed off.

If the sums offered are to low then a fund raise it probably is, and a fresh start, no good for existing holders however it does mean a possible recovery play for new holders...in time.

Its a shame the 1.5p & 1.8p fund raise alternative was leaked, but they had to have a back up plan in the event of no sale i suppose. Maybe more assurances should have been obtained prior to going exclusive, a price window must have been discussed at that point so why go exclusive is the question?..

Still...I would not be surprised to see an outright takeover or total sale of assets here if the price was right.

Sound like current large investors are keen to retain the successful part of the business not sell it for peanuts, which is entirely understandable since no one has seen a live working boiler. If a fund raise is the way it's going then the share price is going nowhere as we can get them at 1.6 anyway. Only worth a punt (at this moment) on them selling the energy side for top dollar?

kooba. Go to betaville and type flowgroup in the search bar. Click on the article link and it will ask you to register to view the contents. To register is free. Once registered the article is available to view. Harrington's source is obviously well informed.

Well it shouldn't...Does he mention anything on actual disposal or just the fundraise?Definitely inside if he believes the info came from somebody in a position to know he should not disseminate that information.Real culprit is who leaked but being ex national journo will protect source...do complain because it could make life uncomfortable!!There had been constant selling into any demand and on some days looked like mm ...notably Cenkos were offering size when all trades read as buyers.Think someone got short maybe couldn't borrow stock so leaked it and forced comment...Either that or company trying to show 'exclusive' buyer they don't have to sell to strengthen negotiating position...Either way has trashed price..Unclear what is going on with disposal ,fund raise or anything...results delayed from last year...Any progress with pilots in Europe??Awful comms always has been...but currently disastrous.

OK kooba will do. By the way in the article Harrington quoted "sources familiar to the matter" Also in another section quoted "sources familiar to the company" I would post the article but I'm not sure about copyright infringement. Surely Harrington himself should be asked to divulge his source? It really is quite an in depth report. He seems to know everything what's going on. How can this be allowed?
