24/5/2017 17:56 | Probably will have in excess of £30m cash once completed, all patents intact and the Flow Energy side with revenues in excess of £130m...to start. Shares in issue after funding equals around 1.8b | the stinger
24/5/2017 17:43 | I'd prefer to take my chances in administration so will be voting against this madness. Can't see the existing institution holders taking this lying down! | grandwood
24/5/2017 17:39 | entropy, afraid to say the £25m is sorted and results tomorrow... £15m loan notes covered , bet your bottom dollar £6m to II's covered and the remaining £4m to PI's if wanted via primary bid .. Existing holders above 4p shafted yes however this is now a recovery play and was undervalued hence the £25m approved funding coming.. worth alot more than 1p per share!! however time required... | the stinger
24/5/2017 17:35 | "We appreciate the enthusiasm and support that our Shareholders to date have shown as we embark on the next phase of our enterprise." WTF? Having shafted the shareholders he now seems to be laughing at them! AIMHO of course. | kemche
24/5/2017 17:31 | Whose going on primary bid to chuck more money away. Everyone should vote against it! Never was a preferred bidder the lying c##t. | entropy22
24/5/2017 17:27 | So now we know - 1p a share via PrimaryBid. These look the most important paragraphs to me: 'Investors should make their own investigations into the merits of an investment in the Company. Nothing in this announcement amounts to a recommendation to invest in the Company or amounts to investment, taxation or legal advice. It should be noted that a subscription for New Ordinary Shares and investment in the Company carries a number of risks. Investors should consider the risk factors set out on PrimaryBid.com before making a decision to subscribe for New Ordinary Shares. Investors should take independent advice from a person experienced in advising on investment in securities such as the New Ordinary Shares if they are in any doubt. Should the fundraising announced by the Company on 24 May 2017 not proceed, without access in the near term to alternative finance of an amount of similar size to that of the fundraising, the working capital available to the Company will not be sufficient for its requirements and it may well have insufficient working capital to trade as a going concern.' Presumably they couldn't get any other financing so they're now drinking in the last chance saloon - be a brave person who takes this one up... | supernumerary
24/5/2017 17:17 | Diluted out of sight...Can you believe it looks like spottiswood and Stiff stay on...They have f'ing destroyed shareholder value here and looks like they keep their jobs! At the expense of selling existing shareholders down the river to the new investors buying in valuing the company at £3m.Un F'ing believeable! | kooba
24/5/2017 17:11 | wow raising at 1p | the stigologist
24/5/2017 16:40 | Yep they have been going to retail who think the energy business might be sold for a lot more than market cap or that the company would be raising money 1.5p..1.8p conv as the board has recently updated...when they are just getting stuffed by insiders who presumably know they can't sell energy and either fundraise is at 1p or they can't even raise that!!Either way not a level playing field. | kooba
24/5/2017 16:29 | Shares sold have to go somewhere?.. blatant manipulation/shortin | the stinger
24/5/2017 12:13 | Kooba, what sort of response did you get from the fca? | entropy22
24/5/2017 12:09 | Apparently another Cenkos represented share had a mysterious leak recently and with the same results! If this was America Mr Harrington (Betaville) would be currently incarcerated and answering questions. I would imagine that if an exclusive purchaser is still hanging around he can name his price now. | entropy22
24/5/2017 10:54 | I am trying to be upbeat and thinking any reasonable sized investor is probably an insider so cannot deal...........hence we are left with this vacuum.....>??? | chrisdgb
24/5/2017 10:10 | Have reported current events with regards price action and volumes to fca.The company maintains they are still talking about a disposal of energy but if not a likely fundraise equity at 1.5p and convertible. 1.8p.So who would be aggressively selling down below that price if that information was correct?? Someone who is acting on information that is not in the public domain...insiders.No | kooba
23/5/2017 16:36 | Well pretty sure his latest guidance is already well out !!"Should any such fundraising take place, it is likely that the investment will be made in the form of convertible securities and new equity and it is expected that the equity issue and convertible security conversion prices will be at 1.5p and 1.8p respectively."The fact they are being aggressively sold down in past few days by big blocks indicates any fundraise is already being planned lower than that so below 1.25p to give the inside sellers some angle. At 1p the market cap would be £3.1m with more than that in cash (before liabilities) less than TS has probably taken out of the business....talking of liabilities! | kooba
23/5/2017 15:55 | Dear Tony, any chance of one honest, achievable and decent RNS. Been here over a year now and still not seen one. Just one Tony? | entropy22
23/5/2017 13:48 | When I started this thread I thought that they had great ideas and products, however after a year or so it seemed to me that all the promises they made kept get being missed although share peice had risen 100% and it was punted everywhere. Another missed target and more cash calls made me sell out and I am so glad I did so in late 2015. Look at the price now 1.35p-I feel sorry for anyone left here with a large loss. However might be a punt at these levels | loobrush
23/5/2017 11:59 | buywell - I don't own any vislink shares, never liked the company. Read my comments on the Vislink board, lol | little beaker |
