I have just been looking in here again. I bought at 20p and failed to sell at 48p, sold out at 15p at a loss on the way down. Sigh.Current market cap is about £12M, with no foreseeable need for any more equity fundraising.Assuming medium term that the CLN holders issue and convert their full amount of CLNs, there will be (at max) approx 3BN shares in issue. Therefore the medium term market cap is about £24M, but there would be no debt or interest outgoing.Do people think there is enough profitability medium term to support this market cap?I guess the dark horse is the boilers still. While the UK Govt and Brexit have shafted that side of the business in the UK, I would think there must be at least a 'reasonable' (30%+) chance of something coming out of it, either a sale of the IP for a decent sum, or else a high-margin royalty payment stream? Results next week.

Perhaps, the company is actually saleable now they've got rid of some of the costs. I think they are desperate to dump the boiler and that there will be no comercialisation of the boiler that does not work. If they grow the customer base it would be, at least now, a more attractive proposition for a prospective buyer. Probably the only hope for shareholders as no doubt they will fail to do anything on their wishlist RNS.

Until Stiffy is given the boot can't see much to be optimistic about. Still burning cash at a frightening rate and oddly enough one can pick up as many shares as you want at 0.0084p. Can't think why!

With some of the share movements and exact predictions by 'various" posters on LSE, I have no doubt something similar has gone on with this share? Certainly inside negative info about the boiler seems to have come true though the company insist it works still. The share price has collapsed and a couple of those who appeared to be working the share down have disappeared? Job done and pockets full probably.

Did anyone attend the meeting yesterday? I would be interested to know where has all the money gone? Shareholders have seriously been mislead here. Only a few months ago Stiff was releasing RNS statements saying how the boiler was was going to be rolled out across Europe. What has happened to all these big companies that were supposed to be testing the boiler? Where are the results from these tests? It's all been one big masquerade. Millions upon millions of pounds have been taken from shareholders yet he doesn't have the decency to explain where the money has gone. I'm absolutely amazed some people at this company still have their freedom

Flow Products update

During our strategic review process, we announced that our microCHP technology was no longer economic in the UK market due to a reduction in UK government feed-in-tariff, Brexit and an increase in VAT. We have significantly reduced the Flow Products team from 58 to 17 employees and have reduced other ongoing costs accordingly. The Flow Products team is now focused on working with European partners on commercialisation of the microCHP technology. We are also investigating a sale of the microCHP technology in order to allow the Group to concentrate its resource on its core Flow Energy supply business.

WHAT A LOAD OF CODSWALLOP! The VAT still is ans has only been 5% since the so called launch of this boiler in 2014. THAT'S THREE YEARS Stiff. The lies continue to trip out of his mouth. It is almost as if the boiler never existed. How on earth this mob haven't been arrested is beyond me.
