daylight robbery - transferring values from shareholders to management for no consideration at all - how can the UK legal system allow this to happen at all?

Why not just hand the company over to him for free. He deserves it.

M KERR,

HABIB´S REMUNERATION IS AN ABSOLUT SCANDAL - I AM SURE GILLENHAMMER WILL HOLD THE RELEVANT PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS - AND MOST LIKELY THROW HABIB OUT OF THE OFFICE, AS ANY RESPONSIBLE INVESTOR WOULD. FIRST PROPERTY HAS A HOPELESS RAG-BAG STRUCTURE AND IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT VALUES THERE ARE IN THE COMPANY. ADD TO THAT HABIB´S REMUNERATION PACKAGE. AS A RESULT IT IS MOST LIKELY THE SHARES TRADE AT A STEEP DISCOUNT TO THE UNDERLYING NAV AS NO INSTITUTION WILL TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A POLE. THIS NO DOUBT HELP GILLENHAMMER TO BUILD HIS STAKE UP ON THE CHEAP - AND THEN EVENTUALLY TAKE CONTROL ACCORDINGLY. OUT GOES HABIB AND THERE MAY WELL BE 50-60P TO DISTRIBUTE TO SHAREHOLDERS OVER TIME. EXCELLENT RISK/REWARD AS LONG AS GILLENHAMMER TAKE ACTION.

The value of the sum of the parts of FPO is far higher than the NAV and VERY much greater than the current market value of the shares. I would suspect that Ben Habib is bored running this small venture in a dull market with little opportunity to take advantage as a quoted company of quick in and out dealings as was the case some years ago when office space was bought and then sold for residential or when Eastern Europe offered real opportunities.

Mr Glyhammer(?) is presumably buildings his stake on the cheap with the intention of ultimately offering for the whole Company and taking it private. Perhaps this is why the shares he is buying cheaply are not being bought in by the the company at the substantial discount that the Company's shares now stand at.

Apart from the fact that the Company provides Ben Habib with a very good living, which might continue if Mr G bought the whole thing, is it not in the interests of smaller shareholders to realise a better price by a sale of the Company than hang around owning shares in an undervalued company paying a modest dividend with little opportunity for medium term growth

What the RNS doesn't say is the need to raise this loan by the company and what it will be used for? With inflation at such a high rate a 9% return will be eaten up quickly.

It looks like someone is trying to create a floor and clear sellers at 28p here. Notable blocks going through today and some delayed big chunks from yesterday as well. It is very hard to create a floor in a share at the moment, but watching to see if the big mop keeps coming out.

The parts for those big mops are clearly hard to get hold of nowadays. How about some whoppers at 30p and higher to signal a pop back?

Nop...probably not!

Still haven't found the ole bullish hat. Hopefully find it soon.

All imo

well managed company - there should be a significant goodwill value in their fund management business - not reflected at all in the balance sheet. when this is added, NAV is clearly north of 50p. low risk, good upside.

Looks like fpo just posted a decent set of results, and it looks like they are primed for future gains in property valuations as well.
Good to see.
Just need that long awaited re rating.

Adviser is nominated, and looks like trading has resumed.
Although the new advisor has a due diligence process to go through.

The 30 days to permanent suspension are ticking down.... No news from company. Habib too busy talking about the NI protocol. Action required

Arden partners merger mean it cannot be the nominated advisor and so a new one needs appointing asap .... Technical mess and as they don't ever go to the market raising cash the job won't be that juicy... I am sure this gets sorted quickly
