Massive and ever increasing undervaluation and with a growing income from property investment management thrown in for free! Huge re-rating due; ST will tip this again and it will take off.

€44m euros, first Property’s market cap is only £55.5m just shows how undervalued this company is.

Seems like a decent deal, leaves a very healthy cash position and validates the valuations as well as a nice boost to pnl and nav ....

Simon Thompson last pump allowed me to exit much higher. The effect doesn't tend not to last very long if you analyse them

Not wrong in the slightest. After the ST, IC, pump today this will drift right back down. Thats all it rose for today.

Chimers, even you must surely understand the basics of business. By placing these shares into treasury, which is imo a sensible to go, should they ever need to raise monies in the future they can, without the need or expense, re-issue them to a funder without having to hold an EGM. It may be that they have a deal for new property that need extra funds to complete, or working capitol or anything that they may need extra funds at short notice & without cost, this is how companies do it. At the same time it increases the NAV without any cost to shareholders.

It is a pointless waste of your cash. THE SHARES ARE NOT BEING CANCELLED. They are being held in treasury no doubt to be handed out as freebies later on when nobody is looking. You wasted company cash for absolutely no gain as the shares are still in issue and there has been ZERO reduction in the shares in issue and thus no gain in NAV . Had the shares been canceled then yes it could be argued it is a good thing(it almost never is) But they chose to NOT cancel them.

This seems very sensible to me and raises the NAV per share with very little effort or risk.

I'm not surprised really, this does seem really cheap, if they have managed to get a few new tenants in the polish buildings then the share price could really take off. Looking for at least 65p once the lettings are up.
