Be interesting to know how often space x take a strategic stake and whether we will see US buyers come in on the news. Our profile has risen hugely and we do have a factory in the states

What a testimonial for a £100m market cap...

"Mike Nicolls, SpaceX's Vice President of Starlink Engineering commented: "Filtronic has been an outstanding supplier for Starlink. They have matched our rate ramp and increasing demand for high-quality parts. Their strong engineering teams have taken ownership of their production process to meet our needs, taking their designs from wafer to functional unit, and are delivering quality parts in E-band which will enable the Starlink network to continue to grow and connect millions of more people around the world with high-speed, low-latency broadband internet."

Gibbs staying on should ease the share price down to a more realistic valuation and enable him to buy back in

I suspect the timing of Gibbs staying on until November will take into account that there will be some decent announcements between now and then regarding the Leo space program and other opportunitied

Oh don't tell me that you all followed the directors and sold 40% down in order to avoid paying tax? Well Well...

Wonder if we're about to set off once again....?

I also wonder how the Payload Development work is going?

"The second contract with the same customer is a development agreement to accelerate the design and prototype delivery of an E-band module that would form part of the satellite payload and provide downlink connectivity to the E-band ground station. Subject to successful qualification testing and field trials this module will represent the first Filtronic product designed for space flight and is key part of our strategy to address the satellite element of the LEO space market." Some of us live on this planet, others on another. Estienne however would appear to be universes apart....! I'm sure though that Estienne is only trying to help and keep us all well informed,.......!!

Did you miss reading as well as the maths class at school, the proceeds of their sales paid the tax due on exercise of the options. Higher price equals more tax but same number of shares.

Usual lame excuses. I'm sure Gibbs is kicking himself for not waiting a couple of weeks and selling for an extra £26,000 or 40%. Even worse Michael Tyerman is Chief Financial Officer!

Your clearly not much cop at maths, regardless of the share price they both sold sufficient to cover their tax bill. At todays price they would still have to sell the same percentage of their options. The only conclusion I can draw is you should stick to the day job!
