Exciting times! I’ve said this before baz,I remember the CEO from my Honeywell days - a solid guy - and back then (and today still) Honeywell was very active in high margin space, aviation, and defence, with producing factories in Europe, where the CEO honed a lot of expertise. His contemporaries from back then I imagine are in various senior exec positions spread throughout space, aviation, and defence. I’m hoping this has a long way to go yet.

Amazingly under the radar still But with the tiny free float it doesn't take much to move this and yesterday looked like a serious change in tradingWould be very surprised if this was "one and done".

Hidden value here is that they can do the whole job in house. R & D, prototype, manufacture, modify, repair etc etc. and none of it is done in china. For defence & space, high value - low quantity done in a trusted, secure set up it's ideal. Facility in the USa as well.I think one of the big defence contractors will take them over, pocket change for a very useful bolt on business.

Well, FWIW I sold half mine at 38p after it's more than four-bagged after a few years now. I find it more or less impossible to pin a value on these, though, and when I sell a few of anything, it invariably seems to be a signal for the price to rocket!

Anyway, I won't sell any more as it owes me nothing and the potential does seem v big.

Following the exercise of options, the issue of the 1,333,333 new Ordinary Shares and sale of 273,234 Ordinary Shares, the relevant directors' shareholdings are as follows:
· Mr. Gibbs' shareholding has increased from 600,000 to 1,076,766 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each, representing 0.50 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company; and
· Mr. Tyerman's shareholding has increased from 339,478 to 581,601 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each, representing 0.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

As I've said before, I am more than ever convinced this ends with a takeover. The free float here is very small but would be easy to get to 50% by agreeing with the major shareholders and they have no exit other than a takeover. I think 60p might do it but one or two more contracts like the one on Tuesday and it could be nearer £1 imo

On a related issue.....

I wonder at what point, should the contracts continue to flow, that additional capacity will be required and how that will be funded. Excuse my 'thinking aloud'!!
