from looking at trades elsewhere, I reckon there was only 1 x 200k buy. Two other entries of 200k appear but one is prefixed with a - (minus sign)

There is a pattern, normally builds up to results and then sells off.

I've been having a look, but get the feeling there are some more bad results to get past, even if the future is better (which I can't assess).

Not trading though so different viewpoint.

baz, more a range than precise point but a hold of price > 10.5p is about it. For a very days to get the turn to be confirmed.

Exact entry price is not fussy when there as I see it running a decent % once it starts so jumping on at 12p would just offer more confirmation and some filtering to volatility. Can also see it running a while, not a 2 week wonder.

I'm usually early so already in.
Admire Beeks trading, I'm no use at that.

Once towards 10p+ expect floor about 9.2p for a pullback if there is one.

Some nice volume today. Good time for those to sell in size who want to, and those wanting to buy in size who otherwise couldn't without moving the price.

Some interesting people will be looking once it breaks into positive momo algorithm mode. Microcap, right sort of growth area, etc, etc. Money will come this way.

Our biggest shareholders are pi, most investors in small caps are pi. There are a handful of ii who invest in small cap these days...herald, miton, helium ....

Since when have companies been interested in Pi's? Except for dross that needs to tap the market constantly. Vox may be good for you to get the share price higher so you can sell, why would the company care?Sound like you know the company from a technology angle, however not from the culture angle

Fwiw I know this company extremely well! You describe it accurately but a newby looking at their website would not get that. Surely a simple q and a type interview with a sensible site like vox would be a very positive step. Well done on your trading perhaps this would not be possible if they got their comms act together?

This is a company first, and an investment second.You need to understand the ethos of Fitronic to get why the share price isnt making highs. It's a bunch of ex academics and highly technical people, very closely knit from a small geographic area. That's hard to replicate. It doesnt make for interesting investing however it does mean that there is always the enticing draw of profits :)Even so, I made 45-50% trading them last year. Understand the company and you will make money, with patience.

Your last point is the reason. Attracting new investors when this small is not easy as it is off the radar for ii, companies need to tell their story at every opportunity as you can no longer rely on brokers etc. FTC has been very fortunate in attracting the Dixon's and the Newlands but we need new buyers to get the share price to a more realistic level and reduce the chance of an opportunistic bid. As evidenced recently on this bb holders quickly get bored if they hear nothing and the share price goes sideways for many years.

Why do they need to promote?Arguably the company just get on with "stuff". It may be boring but this isn't a fly by night 2 bit gold miner.I've rather boring and slow progress to be honest. Agree about worries over low share price takeout though.

Whilst this is undoubtedly good news, they do need to start promoting the company in order to attract new shareholders. I would hate to see a low ball offer at say 15p as it could get accepted. Fingers crossed they use the results as a starter.
