It is hard estimating the value of the expected sale (£5m, £10m, £20m ?), but they could end up with net cash greater than the current mkt cap and an on-going growing business worth the current mkt cap. The for-sale business must have some valuable intellectual property locked-up.

I believe in this co - still hold more that I sold so if we get some unexpected good news I won't miss out.

Simply took some out to invest elsewhere , this market is presenting a lot of opportunities.

Hi Beeks,

I can understand what you've done, on the other hand I think if there is going to be a shock move in the share-price an upside move would be bigger than a downside from here; not that I necessarily think one is likely any time soon. (Hence I've only got a partial position here at the moment).

Anyway good luck with your studies.

You can only juggle a certain amount of things before stress starts to take hold. A lesson slowly learned through experience however sometimes takes a health setback to realise. My last purchase was a mistake, however happy to admit such mistakes.

I've been selling down my holding for the last 2 weeks. Now completely out.

Beeks - I see you last bought late July - that’s not too long ago!

Good luck with the MSc. I completed a MBA whilst working many years ago, I understand the workload and stress!
