26/7/2016 11:10 | Honestly, share price approaching £1 Billion, 13 mixers on offer.., this is already, £800M more then a SAB Miller/Cadbury would pay | mr hangman
26/7/2016 11:03 | Not dissimilar to the consumers passion for speciality sausages some years ago.Ultimately, the supermarkets copied the product and the "original" was indistinguishable from the clones. That said, the marketing by Fever Tree appears to be first class and it's momentum exemplary.Mitchell and Butler flagship pubs now have large sun umbrellas sporting the Fever Tree logo.Targeting airlines etc is enhancing the companies image and its premium pricing policy. This company has clearly stolen a march on the opposition and beliefs that the company will ultimately get taken over are probably not wide of the mark.Anyway, the market will cut the company slack.Unlike tech boom stocks of old or speculation surrounding mining exploration stocks,Fever Tree turns a profit, generates strong cash flow and pays a dividend which confirms corporate optimism. The PE might be high but back of the envelope calculations of the PEG ratio suggest the stock might get more expensive than this. | steeplejack
26/7/2016 10:49 | I am not in this, though I have watched it for more than a year, but like Burberry handbags, those buying are not price sensitive as long as they are buying the real thing a,nd not some clone. | leedskier
26/7/2016 10:41 | Yes a real niche market, making overpriced mixers, with such high barriers of entry, no one else will copy it, surley | mr hangman
26/7/2016 10:38 | Market Cap is quickly approaching £1bn, which is impressive for a niche company making and selling mixers for gin.But since it is one of those shares which few would even contemplate shorting, I guess it's m.c. could just keep on keeping on, as the company keeps growing it's sales or is taken over.Congratulations to those who had the wisdom to buy when it's share price was significantly lower. | leedskier
26/7/2016 10:38 | Maybe just my half-empty personality :-) apad | apad
26/7/2016 10:35 | The mixers will be more expensive then a couple of shares in 3 years time Market cap of nearly 1 billion, you can't be serious...reminds me of the dot.con era | mr hangman
26/7/2016 10:35 | Apad, given the business has been going for just 18 months I see RoW growth as a future opportunity not a disappointment on past performance where they appear to be growing in Europe and USA first before RoW. Good luck and we may get to £9 sooner than I thought!! | sogoesit
26/7/2016 10:21 | I'd like to see more USA growth. RoW growth was good from a low base. | hydrus
26/7/2016 10:12 | The reason the MM wait an hour is because sellers who sell on the news do so in the first hour.Buyers on the other hand wait to see which way the price moves. | leedskier
26/7/2016 10:09 | I wonder why the share price waits an hour after the rns to react? Caught me out last time when I top-sliced post the results :-( apad ps Anybody else disappointed with RoW growth? | apad
26/7/2016 10:02 | People who may have had one too many G&Ts? | danpollard
26/7/2016 10:01 | People who want to access extraordinary growth rates with an emerging world class brand? | hydrus
26/7/2016 09:42 | Honestly who is buying at these levels ? | mr hangman
26/7/2016 09:38 | Investec Ups FeverTree Drinks Target To 915p From 840p, Keeps Buy | martywidget
26/7/2016 08:36 | It's a stock in its growth phase, h, been listed for 18 months only! Delivering on capital growth and I hope it continues to do that well into the next 5 years. It needs the cash for that, I assume. Lucky to get a dividend at all, imho. | sogoesit
26/7/2016 08:23 | 1.32% for me, h :-) Base rate been 0.5% for over 5 years. What's not to like? apad | apad
26/7/2016 08:18 | "FEVR: Interim dividend up 97% to 1.54 pence per share (H1 2015: 0.78 pence)"So the shares are 812p- what's the point of this pathetic dividend. Most investors will end up with about 4p!! | harebridge
26/7/2016 07:49 | These look vulnerable, share price already reflecting strong growth, they will new products to drive growth, as I've said before it's the alcohol rather than the mixer I prefer, however if it's soft drinks you like then this co. will have to introduce a new, larger compliment of products, I am not off the belief you have to spend so much on an improved mixer, never had an issue with Schweppes tonic water! | bookbroker
26/7/2016 07:41 | Not bad, not bad: If it makes EPS of 22p for the full year then, awarding it a P/E of 45 it will be worth 990p. Say a target price of £10 end of year. Edit: Apologies for repeat of your posts; must be typing at same time! | sogoesit
26/7/2016 07:38 | Agreed on PER, I estimate FWD: 39. I hoped for more RoW increase. apad | apad
26/7/2016 07:34 | 25p of earnings this year, total dividend payout of perhaps 7p.Quite feasible that the shares could stand on a prospective PE of 40x given inevitable takeover speculation.£10 price target? | steeplejack
26/7/2016 07:13 | Simply stunning results | hybrasil |
