Non-Executive Director has bought 10,000 shares at an average price of 2,683.26, so he is seemingly optimistic about the future of the company to throw in over £250,000.

Does that spring water stretch as far as my home town of Burntwood? Probably not as we are Lichfield's poor relation haha!!

Elmhurst spring is actually from a borehole sited at Seedy Mill treatment works, the water from the borehole/spring also mixes with other water and goes to supply people who live in Lichfield. Some of the borehole/spring water is also sold to another well known bottled water supplier.

short sellers closing their shorts, I take it.
Going higher and higher, no room for shorters.

ps Fevertree's raw ingredients are available to everyone......the water for instance is coming out of people's taps for less than it costs you to buy a newspaper everyday.

i really dont know why people short strong stocks. Why not shorting bbby or gpro or tesla that have big issues, and could halve for real. Think how was his face when 2 weeks ago fevertree did +7% in a day... lol

Hi Villa,I don't disagree and have no major concerns about their product, my point was a general one that competition no matter from where still has the potential to gain some market share be that relatively small.......or greater than assumed because it's simply dismissed out of hand.DD

That's where I'm coming from Steptoe. I can't see why the Lidl launch would have a bigger impact than say Tesco's own brand. Just because it's in a bottle that looks like Fever Tree.On a different note, I wonder how Barry Norris's short is doing???http://m.citywire.co.uk/money/norris-shorts-fever-tree-says-shares-could-halve/a1112544

likely to test the £30 today/tomorrow.
Momentum is quite strong, meaning the demand for shares is high.

Probably news have leaked out or an upgrade from a broker.

So if we get £30 today then we are moving higher to £33 or £36.
