24/1/2018 09:35 | - Fever-tree said it expects full year revenue to rise nearly 66% to about £169m for the year ended 31 December 2017, compared to the previous year. The company said it delivered another period of strong growth with full year revenue expected to be circa £169m, reflecting growth of 66% on 2016 with sales in the second half of the year expected to be ahead of the prior year period by 58%. The upbeat outlook was underscored by strong performance in the UK as full year revenue is expected to rise to nearly 96% versus revenue in 2016. The beverage company said strong performance over the Christmas period was mainly driven by an impressive rate of sales growth across all channels, formats and flavours. Sales in mainland Europe performed well in the second half of 2017, and the company anticipates that full year revenue will be circa 42% ahead of 2016. In the USA, the company saw revenue grow during the second half of 2017, and as a result, expects full year revenue for the territory to be nearly 39% ahead of 2016. Fever-tree's said its Rest of World sales growth accelerated in the second half of 2017 and full year revenue is expected to be nearly 57% ahead of 2016. Tim Warrillow, Co-founder and CEO of Fever-Tree said: 'I am very proud of our performance in 2017 which has seen Fever-Tree end the year as the number one mixer brand at UK retail. 'While we have seen strong growth across all regions, our performance in the UK over the Christmas period was once again exceptional.' Fever-Tree will announce its preliminary results on 13th March 2018. | broadwood

24/1/2018 08:30 | Woohoo! Fantastic results and share price reaction. Am I missing something or are the US behind simply because we haven't had a proper presence there? I think the fact the US is 'lower' shows enormous potential. Happy days! | juzzer100

24/1/2018 08:19 | As DiscoDave4 says the US does look a bit disappointing, but the existing distributor (Brands of Britain) probably took the foot off the pedal when they found out that FEVR were taking US distribution in house. | terry topper

24/1/2018 07:42 | Excellent results, no surprise that the rate of growth is slowing a bit, surprisingly not for Europe though, the US looks a bit disappointing IMO and can see why they are throwing more cash at it.Doubt it will end at £25 and may dip, who knows, not me!.The vulture BB is circling already!DD | discodave4
