The reduction from 9.82% to 9.53% is quite insignificant.
The website is shown Old mutual as holding a 9.76%
Nothing to shout about.
These are institution movements to adjust for taxes and other obligations to meet LSE
criteria and regulations.

At the same time FMR Co., Inc. 5.23% increased their stake to 5.28% (see rns 09/01/2018)

off course other institutions have bought but have not crossed the threshold of 3%
which are meant to issue an rns.

1.You should focused in the companiy activities such as the assault on the US market with a full experienced team to conquer the drinks market.
2.Remember that the directors already stated the results will be above expected market results.
3.Capacity has increased to meet demand by doubling production
4.They have 58 countries in the world who contribute 55% of the revenue and China is one of the latest to join the Fevr followers.

in my opinion £28 is the next milestone but you will see that on the 18 January to 25 January when is likely to issue a trading statement.

Hi bamboo,Do think they have got the holdings wrong though, IMO it should now be 9.92% (type A 9.53% plus CFD 0.39%) not just 9.53%. Either way it's still a reduction from 10%.DD

DD, agree, I also read the OM rns as a reduction in total holding.

Hi maurice OM holding - If 9.53% is greater than 10% then all hail christh!.....just like his share price predictions, clueless. Re:Boo v FEVR Think the key differences, apart from the obvious, is FEVR has slightly better gross and net margins which are not declining at the rate of Boo if at all, the eps growth is far better (based on last interims), operating expenses as a ratio of sales is reducing for FEVR but increasing for Boo (marketing spend mainly), would imagine FEVR has significantly less overheads and capex than Boo due to their business model and the key difference IMO is FEVR has first entry advantage in the premium mixer market and has a USP. Really like BOO and have held on occasions but other than current market cap and PE that's where the similarities end completely IMO.DD

then again
FMR Co., Inc. 5.23% increased their stake to 5.28% (see rns 09/01/2018)

then again
Old Mutual rduced their stake by 0.3% from 9.83% to 9.53% (see rns 10/01/2018)
Not very clear though.
maybe technicalities, tax arrangenments, passed to different subsidiaries.

Who knows nothing significant as their holding along with major shareholders is still intact.

Boohoo and fevr both excellent companies. I continue to buy both until the fundamentals change. Fevr will see a rapid rise to the next update. Seen it many times before.

orissander,
Fever Tree's not a religion. It's a company that makes mixer drinks.
Posters here (even christh....) have no impact on the company's sp, so 'ramping' or ' 'bashing' are just noise.
Like you, the major shareholders will be holding on the basis of the co's fundamentals + forecasts, so just chill.
We'll know more later this month.
GLAH.

This business is of different quality than boohoo, why convinced in a dip? So negative but willing to buy as soon as possible. lol

To all naysayers in this board, just buy fevertree and stop bashing. We will not sell on emotions but on fundamentals. Regards

Are you sure DiscoDave? Chris is convinced they're still buying and that guy sure knows what he's talking about :P

Market cap and PE very similar to Boo, I'll buy on the post update dip (if it happens).

ccr, not really sure!

Bulkowski produces some stats on his website, so that you can see precisely what percentage outcome you should expect from each type of chart pattern.

I stopped myself out earlier, because I prefer to lose a little cash, than be sat in a losing position. The downbreak of the support zone is taken as an indication of further potential weakness in the price. Associating this with the unconfirmed H&S, means now is the time for caution.

This year has started particularly well for me.

Checked the OBV on these last night. Sells were certainly not outstripping buys on this recent drop. In fact the line has stayed horizontal creating divergence..

Timely NED appointments.
Keep posting christh. That'll drive the share price down to a decent re-entry point.
Volumes traded still ludicrously small, but as always, the active 1% control the passive 99%.
Onwards & upwards-eventually.

Stopped myself out on the dip below 2100 for a small loss.

Price challenging lower point of historical support zone.

Potential H&S developing, confirmed with an eod close below 2110. TP approx 1980
