Lefrene - Read the product reviews on supermarket websites (e.g. Ocado. Over 9 in 10 say the taste of Naturally Light has changed their view of tonic. Those guys are buying a lot of it too! I don't really think it's anything to do with brand - FT have never needed to do heavyweight brand marketing! Just really clever product trial.

I agree I was being flippant, 'brand' is everything, I suppose my view is a comment on how the public is 'sold' on a brand. But I hope you agree it's essentially water, sugar and CO2, the rest is marketing. The proof of course will be in the sales and the profit.

If you believe in the share then hold. If you don't then sell. Then you have no regrets!

Lefrene - err it's taken Schweppes 234 years so far to try. Let's see how easy it is!

Last year 'twas 7 November, a Monday, yes indeed.
You never know, leaky or "manipulated"/sold down.
Hasn't leaked before and always surprised to the upside.

Easy replicating what? Coke is not replicated, Red bull the same, this is a quality brand recognised all over the world.
It's incredible that monster beverage has a 32 billion market cap and Fever-tree that is a superior all around drink that is only at 2.4.

Stock markets are fascinating, a £2.4 billion cap for a carbonated sugar water vendor. Presumably despite the easily replicated product, profits North of £150 million are expected?

I think that today is a big opportunity to add more shares.
Who is selling now is making the mistake of their life.

Fentimans are reduced to 2 spaces on the 500ml shelf in my Waitrose next to Fever.
But, those two spaces carry "Grapefruit" Tonic and "Orange" flavoured something or other. The orange stuff looks disgusting!
I read that as surrender!

Looks like I might get an accumulation price soon... before the Trading Statement... if it comes out in a few days.
2000 looks like a round number to me... apart from the 2... ;-)
